4.1Directors Responsibilities

Developing and reviewing the SHE Policy in junction with the compliance & training. Communicating the company SHE Policy to the rest of the business. To Ensure that adequate first-aid facilities. Ensure that all registers, forms and records are kept up to date in relation to HER. Review all accident report. Ensure all relevant personal protective equipment (PPE) is supplied, worn and maintained in good condition. Ensure project meets requirements and objectives. To manage project team members.
