SECTION VI - HEALTH HAZARD DATA Nonwoven abrasives are inert products, which do not cause risks when correctly stored or handled. During the use, in case they are fixed on machine tools, special care has to be taken to protect the users. During the use, most abrasive dust particles come from the abrasive material which is being converted and from the cooling liquid, if any, so that special attention has to be given particularly to the features of the abrasive material and to the cooling agent (if any), providing, where necessary, the right protections and exhausters.
