Known as an higly dynamic student leader having abundant experience of social activities and linked strongnetwork of student leaders and entrepreneurs at national level. Having a strong entrepreneuship mindset, I am keen on exchanging, analyzing and developing ideas and concepts with others as much as possible. Aiming to work in a venture capital fund in the next 6 years, now I am looking for opportunities to work in consulting/ corporate strategy jobs and accomplishing MBA degree within 5 years. My strengths lie in: Having strong interpersonal skill, especially the ability to create and maintaining networks within different communities. . Good critical thinking and creative skill, able to deeply analyze and address problems and come up with apposite solutions. May 2010 to April 2011: PR Manager, member of managing Board Young Economist Club National Economics University (http://kinhtetre.net) Managing 10 team members to run 3 workshop about Marketing issues, which are: Personal Brand Promotion, Green Marketing, Online Marketing. Established an economics news channel of the club at kinhtetre.net, facebook together with technical team. Organized a series of corporate field trip to discover about real life working environment, perceving better insight about corporate and business for future career choices. Achivement: Attracted more than 200 students from different universities in Ha Noi to every workshop. Reached 150 page views/ day and gain page rank 4 for website, attracted more than 7000 fans in facebook.

In charge of recruiting and training 47 members for club. Achivement: Not yet. Because we dont have much time left in universities, we are working hard to guarantee our next generations can follow our spirit and continue to develop our organization.

TEDxYouth@Hanoi is one of the divisons of TED, which brings TED like experiences at the local level. Recruiting all team Content, Design, Finance, Media: plan and execute the recruiting campaign, attracted over 200 applications from experienced candidates. Contributed in scheming and organizing TEDxYouth@Hanoi 2011: Knowledge Spreading and TEDxYouth@Hanoi 2012: Culture Movements Contributing to design the strategy and the action plan of the program in the long-run. October 2012 to present Key Member of Product Development Team SME Network and Mentoring Program (http://smevietnam.org ) Responsible for the action plan of the main activity: making an environment for young, enthusiastic entrepreneurs to network and get advised by success businessman to develop their own startups. May 2011 to October 2011 Lollybooks Caf Manager, one of the shareholders (http://lollybooks.com ) Organized 4 mens team through negotiation phase, end up buying 20% share of the coffee shop. Responsible for PR and Marketing: attracted 4 groups and clubs to choose LollyBooks for their events and regular meetings. Worked as waiter as a scheduled task for 2 months. Achievement: Increased monthly revenue by 30% from 55 to 80 millions in 3 month. July 2010: volunteer in The Green Days festival, which I contrubuted in organizing games during the event. Reading books and blogs (business, marketing, entrepreneurship) Travelling: love to travel by motorbike. Went to westernmost and northernmost point of VietNam by motorbike. Going to reach 2 left points in the next summer.
