PRIVATE BANKS
Employees of private banks are extroverts as they are gregarious and assertive. They also seem to be more social as compared to public banks employees. They prefer to help their colleagues in their task and ready to solve their problems at work place. Being cooperative and positive at their work place show agreeableness and extroversion as their personality traits. Besides that, private bank employees are more organized as well as well- routine and prefer strict routines at jobs. So they are more responsible as compared to public bank employees. This shows their conscientiousness. They also have strong desire to better themselves. They want to perform better in their jobs. They try to learn from their colleagues by comparing their performances and abilities. This shows their openness towards experiences as they learn from their past experiences rather just pondering about the lost opportunities. In terms of emotional stability also, they possess self- confidence as a characteristics and do not get upset so easily if their bosses or co-workers criticize them. Rather they try to learn more and more so as to perform better. This shows that they have positive attitude and thinking towards learnings and most of the time they can be seen as emotionally stable which helps them to perform better. But the situations may arise where they may lost their emotional balance if something goes wrong at the work place.
