3. Mc tiu nghin cu
ti ca chng ti l: Nghin cu s hi lng ca khch hng i vi sn phm
bnh mn AFC ca cng ty bnh ko Kinh trn th trng thnh ph Nng
Mc tiu nghin cu chung l nh gi mc hi lng ca khch hng i vi
sn phm bnh mn AFC.
Mc tiu nghin cu c th l:
Xc nh t l ngi s dng sn phm AFC hin ti.
Bit c mc nh gi ca khch hng i vi cc tiu ch: Sn phm, gi c,
phn phi, truyn thng.
Xc nh nhng mong mun ca khch hng i vi cc chnh sch thay i ca
cng ty Kinh trong tng lai.

Cac tiu chi thuc v san phm nh cht lng tt, gia tri dinh dng cao,... co anh
hng n s hai long cua khach hang hay khng? Khach hang hai long mc nao

nhu cu nn phai y manh knh truyn thng.
