Photo and Video Release

I hereby grant Pep Unlimited LLC, a California limited liability company which owns and operates www.horsedivercity.com (HDC) permission to take and use any photo(s) and/or video(s) taken during its contest, Ultimate Game of HORSE Team Contest held on March 24th, 2012 at Charles H. Wilson Park 2200 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501 (Contest) (collectively, Media) that includes my and/or my dependents likeness in any and all of its publications, ads, and Web sites, in any form or media, including social media sites such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace and Youtube without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that the Media will become the property of HDC. I hereby irrevocably authorize, permit and license HDC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute or otherwise use in any Media for purposes of publicizing HDCs programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my or my dependents likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge HDC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate or my dependents have or may have by reason of this authorization. I, individually and on behalf of my dependents, release and forever discharge HDC from any liability and claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatever kind may arise from the use of any Media, including all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. I waive the protection of Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California provides: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor." I am 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name, and certify that I am a custodial parent and have the aforementioned rights to assign on behalf of my dependent(s). I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
