General Notes for Magento Enterprise
All server instances must be of the same product and service level (no mix & match). A starter bundle must be purchased for each client project prior to the start of development work and before additional production subscriptions can be purchased. All Magento software is licensed on a per instance per server basis and includes the software, updates/maintenance, and Gold Support. Annual subscriptions are based on one-year terms and automatically renew annually. Annual subscriptions begin on term start date. Gold and Platinum Support details located at www.magentocommerce.com/support/overview. A Peak Demand License is a production license that is used 25% or less annually as a supplement to an existing server license and is available with the existing support plan only. Please contact a territory sales manager for additional information. * Enterprise Bundle consists of one Production Server Instance plus one Non-Production Server Instance.
