HNG TI K NGUYN MI CA HNH THC CNH TRANH HYPERCOMPETITION. (Siu cnh tranh) Cc nh qun tr theo di s thay i v mc cng nh nhng hnh thc cnh tranh trong nhng ngnh cng nghip ca h trong nhng nm gn y. Nn cng nghip chuyn t th trng n nh, t cnh tranh sang mt mi trng mi, c trng bi nhng chiu thc cnh tranh vi cng cao v lin tc, m , cc i th cnh tranh lin tc to ra li th cnh tranh nhm tiu dit, lm cho sn phm ca i th cnh tranh li thi, hoc l trung ha nhng li th ca nhng ngnh cng nghip hng u. iu lm cho nn cng nghip tr nn mt cn bng v ln xn.
