3.3.1. Nguyn liu 3.3.1.1. Nguyn liu chnh Gan l b phn quan trng nht trong s chuyn ha vt cht ca hot ng sng . Gan chim 1,5% khi lng con vt. Pha ngoi ca gan c bao bc bng mt lp mng cng. 3.3.1.2. Ph gia - Hng pate: to mi hng c trng cho sn phm pate. - ANTI- PRO1: l sn phm ph gia ang c mt trn th trng, c ch hiu qu s pht trin ca vi khun, nm mc gy h hng sn phm ( b nht, thi,) Kh nng chng oxy ha cao.
