Additional responsibilities include working with IBM Mainframe applications. Completion of monthly reports as well as issues lists and team scorecards. Red Robin / Exton, PA June 99 September 01 Line Cook, Prep-Cook, Trainer Primary responsibilities included daily kitchen operation, cleaning, and food prep. Additional responsibilities included recording twice-weekly truck deliveries and maintaining inventory. Overseeing new-hire training.

EDUCATION

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site / Birdsboro PA 1992 1998 Summers/Holidays Interacted with visitors performing first person interpretation at this 1830s iron furnace. I also performed molding demonstrations, and helped handle the farm animals.
