No.: 40 of 2011-12 / Shajapur Date of issue: 21.02.2012 Online tenders in Form A a re invited on behalf of Governor of Madhya Pradesh for the following Work on the S.O.R. issued by Engineer in Chief M .P. P.W.D., Bhopal w.e.f. 15.04.2009 with all amendments made upto the date of issue of N.I.T. from the contractors registered with the Public Works Department, Madhya Pradesh in appropriate class. The Bid Seals (Hashes) will be received online on the portal http://pwd.mpeprocurement.gov.in on or before 15.03.2012 upto 5.30 p.m. The Tenders will be opened in the office of the Superintending Engineer, P.W.D. Circle Ujjain as mention tender time schedule(key date) If desired, the contractors or their duly authorized representatives may remain present at the time of opening of tender.

In case of firm or partnership firm submit copy of DEED & Power of Attorney. b) Valid Revenue Solvency (Not older than 6 months). c) Registration and clearance certificate as per clause 36 of M.P. d) Documentary proof of owning plant & machinery as per MOSRT&H Specifications required for the work (Affidavit shall not be treated as proof of possession).
