5. Page range

All - Click this option if you want to print all pages in your file. Current page - Click this option if you only want to print the page that your cursor is
currently on.

Pages - Click this option and add the page numbers or page ranges in the box.

6. Copies Number of copies - In this list, click the number of copies that you want printed. Collate - Select this check box if you want your print job to be kept in the order that you created in your document when printed. This check box is available if you are printing multiple copies. 7. Print what - In this list, click the elements that you want printed. Print - In this list, click if you want to print all pages, odd pages, or even pages

Word Options dialog box.

Drop Cap
The dropped cap, a large dropped initial capital letter, can be used to begin a document or a chapter, or to add interest to a newsletter or invitation.

Click in the paragraph that you want to begin with a drop cap. The paragraph must contain text. On the Insert tab (Figure 6), in the Text group, click Drop Cap. Click Dropped or In margin.

At the dropped, we can put a letter as a big letter on to paragraph by lines and it is only by round of the letter. And in the dropped, option is enabling and we can change the fonts and lines to be dropped and distance from the text.

In here, we can put the drop cap in to a margin. In margin, option is enabling too. As in the dropped, here we can change the fonts and lines to be dropped and distance from the text.

Columns can be used in paragraphs or lines. And columns can be done into several types. It describes under presets.

Columns can be done under one, two, three and it goes to 12, and also as left and right. We can change the number of columns using Number of Columns,

Line Between

Line Between option is used for separate line for between columns. And this can be used only for greater than 1 column. If not this option is not active.

Width and spacing

Width and spacing is activating to greater than 1 column. The default width and spacing is 2.88 and 0.5. We can change width and spacing by column by column, but it changes to others respectively. And also we can equal spacing and width to the same size on each column.

Apply to: is having 3 options. Selected text: applying to a selection of text, Selected sections: applying to a selected pictures and texts, Whole document: applying to whole document.

1. On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Clip Art.

2. In the Clip Art task pane, in the Search for text box, type a word or phrase that describes the clip art that you want, or type in all or some of the file name of the clip art. 3. To narrow your search, do one or both of the following:

To limit the search results to a specific collection of clip art, in the Search in box, click the arrow and select the collection you want to search.

To limit the search results to clip art, click the arrow in the Results should be box and select the check box next to Clip Art. In the Clip Art task pane, you can also search for photographs, movies, and sounds. To include any of those media types, select the check boxes next to them.

4. Click Go. 5. In the list of results, click the clip art to insert it.

Insert a picture from a file


1. Click where you want to insert the picture. 2. On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Picture.

3. Locate the picture that you want to insert.
