We are in San Giuliano Terme

In a really strategic location: less then 5 miles from the centre of Pisa, 2 miles from the highway, less then 4 miles from the beach, 9 miles from Viareggio and Lucca. The house is surrounded by green, as you will see. Please, come in. From here you have a wonderful view on the Apuan Alps.

which can be also used as a study. It houses the boiler and the pressure vessel. Nearby is the equipment room for the swimming pool. On the north side of the house there is a large barbecue area and a wood oven for baking your own bread.

In a few words...
The whole property consists of 2540 sq.ft. of living space and a 0.5 acres garden, a garden house of 270 sq.ft. and two porches (facing east and south) of 538 sq.ft. The storage rooms, the safe and the strongroom were obviously not displayed. This gorgeous home is only waiting for you!
