- All keys and equipment are available for a 3 day signout period, except for the
expensive light kit and the expensive medium format camera (they are only allowed to be
signed out for 1 day at a time)that means if you sign something out on Monday, it is due
back Wednesday; signed out Tuesday, due back Thursday; signed out Wednesday, due
back Friday; signed out Thursday, due back Monday; signed out Friday, due back
Monday.
- You may not signout a KEY and EQUIPMENT at the same time. Any key can be
returned to the “KEY DROP BOX” located IN the PAC office.
- ALL equipment MUST be returned to an office hour on the day it is due back.
- All PAC members rely on each other to return equipment on time so that there is fair
access to all equipment for all members. If you return equipment late 3 times, you will be
forced to forfeit your membership card for the remainder of the semester without refund.
- There are no refunds for PAC membership fees for any reason as a result of our
membership cap of 120 members per semester.
- If you wish to RENEW your signout of a key or equipment, you MUST do so by coming
into an office hour: renewals ARE NOT permitted over the phone since renewals are
subject to the amount of equipment left available to other members (this prevents any
one member from monopolizing club resources): if there are many cameras/keys left, you
may be permitted to re-signout your equipment/key.
