Is an urban community based non-profit organization founded in 2005.
The Hoodstock Foundation Inc and the Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum /
Educational and Cultural Center was created to re educate youth and adults
in urban culture through sports, entertainment and culture.
Hoodstock Foundation Inc. will provide services for the world as a
groundbreaking organization with its own museum facility to be used.
The Hall of Legends Museum / Educational and Cultural Center that displays
to the world the impact that these entities have had in the urban
community and world wide. The Hall of Legends Museum / Educational and
Cultural Center will house the artifacts from the 2 historical tours called
“Hoodstock Tour” & “The Barnstorming Game Series” as we will
archive artifacts that formed this urban culture and the world that it
has been impacted by it. For the purpose of the re-education and
deployment of an urban based cultural programs in the school system.
For this purpose we became an urban re-education and re-defining
driven organization.

Vision Statement
Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum / Educational and Cultural Center will be part
of a movement that draws fully from the deep well of the World's potential for freedom,
opportunity, and justice. We will showcase the Universal respect on the changes that
were made through urban sports, entertainment, and culture and its impact world wide.
This is captured in our message of hope and possibility for a future anchored in dignity,
sensitivity, and mutual respect; a message that challenges each of us to recognize that the
world's true strength lies in its diversity of talents. The vision of Hoodstock Hall of
Legends Museum / Educational and Cultural Center is one that captures the essence
of this message, a message in which we so eloquently affirms the commanding tenants of
the Universal Dream — Freedom, Democracy and
Opportunity for All; a noble quest that gained legacy, icons and Prizes and
one that continues to influence people and societies throughout the world. Upon
reflection, we are reminded that Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum / Educational
and Cultural Center is a lifelong dedication to the idea of achieving human dignity
through urban sports, entertainment and culture; with global relationships of well being
we will serve to instill a broader and deeper sense of duty within each of us—

We plan to commemorate the life and work of urban sports, entertainment and culture.
The legends, Icons and there stories along with there Lore. By leading in collaborative
educating, funding, entertainment and culture, thorough a construction process in the
creation of a memorial to honor Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum / Educational
and Cultural Center national and international contributions to world peace through
non-violent social change
Pennies for Legends Donation Program

We have the pennies for Legends program that will be a part of our
community donation program it asks us all to give a penny each for all
the Legends of urban sports, entertainment and culture have done to
make our lives better world wide. We will raise money for the
Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum / Educational and Cultural
Center

From its humble beginnings in 2007 to today, the Hoodstock Hall of
Legends Museum / Educational and Cultural Center will grow in
both size and stature.

To someday be recognized worldwide as the premier in urban sports,


entertainment and culture museum and educational center, it’s
doubtful that even the most optimistic of those who led the drive to
bring the Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum / Educational
Center to Los Angeles, California could have envisioned the
successes it will realize.

A truly exhilarating museum, exhibition ,educational and cultural


center, The Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum / Educational
and Cultural Center pays tribute to the talents and triumphs of
Urban Sports, Entertainment and Culture’s greatest stars. Chronicled
within the walls of the Hoodstock Hall of Legends Museum /
Educational and Cultural Center are the stories and circumstances
and history of urban sports, entertainment and culture that bring to life
words such as Human Rights, Self Respect, Dignity, Courage,
Dedication, Vision, Fair Play, and Pride along with Talent and
Skill.

Why We Need Your Help


The Hoodstock Foundation Inc is the owner of the Hoodstock
Hall of Legends Museum / Educational and Cultural Center both
are a 501(c) (3) non-profit educational museum. Your support
allows us to continue our mission to continually honor those people
who have made amazing contributions in Urban Sport,
Entertainment and Culture also to educate the public about this
important part of Universal Heritage.

Our campaign goal is to raise $150,000 in the months of


November 2008 though May of 2009 and $1,000,000 over the
entire years of 2009-2010. The push has shifted into high gear.
Momentum is on our side and we need to keep it going. Will
you help today? The Hoodstock Foundation needs your
financial support now more than ever. Please make a donation
of $250, $100, $50, or $25 any amount we accept all today. We
urgently need your help.
