Post the deployment document in relevant folder in Release SharePoint Fill out section 2 Content Summary as early as possible so Production Support and Infrastructure can accommodate the deployments requirements on schedule. The remaining content can be filled out as details become available during the sprint cycle When completed, schedule a doc review with PS (v-frwal or designee) Create a deployment ticket via email to dbmsitt with a link to the deployment doc Production Support will perform the deployment and update the results in the deployment doc
