Instructions
(1) Appoint Nodal Officer for All India Survey of Higher Education (i) Please send both hard and soft copy of a letter to Dr. Shailesh Bhavsar, State Nodal Officer and Dr. Kiran Pandya, University Nodal Officer. Letter should be written on the College letter pad and signed by the Principal. Soft copy of letter should be in PDF or JPEG format. Copy of appointing Nodal Officer is available on University website: vnsgu.ac.in. Register as Nodal Officer on website aishe.nic.in. Registering person as nodal officer should be same as mentioned in the letter. You have to upload appointment letter of nodal officer in PDF format while doing registration.

Re- login as Nodal officer and then only download DCF II form. Open DCF II form with Acrobat Reader Version X and above. Fill in DCF II form. Read carefully Instruction manual and User Reference Guide. Reference period : (i) Reference date for filling up the Data Capture Formats is 30 th September, 2010. The number of institutions, teachers and students will be recorded on the basis of their actual number as on 30 th September, 2010 for the academic year 2009-10. (ii) Information in respect of Examination Result will be collected for the students passed out/awarded degree during academic year 2009-10. (iii) Financial Information will be recorded for the financial year 201011 i.e. 1st April, 2010 to 31st March, 2011. Read Instruction Manual, particularly Pages No. 30 to 43. The copy of Instruction manual is available on University website. Upload DCF -II form after verifying all the information.
