Brief of maintenance & Services Scope.. 1. Maintenance The Maintenance Division is shall be equipped with trained Technicians and sophisticated Measuring & Recording Equipment, which cater to private Clients as well as In-House Projects along with Installations during the Post-Contract period. The Maintenance Division Plans, schedules and co-ordinates preventive maintenance, refurbishment and repair works on heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing & drainage and civil installations in buildings and villas. The team also should be carry out carpentry & painting work. The Division caters to private Clients as well as In-House Projects along with Installations during the Post-Contract period. The Maintenance Staff are should be well versed in the practices & techniques involved in maintenance and repair of buildings and related facilities. They are shall be familiar with the occupational hazards involved and the safety precautions to be undertaken in maintenance works. 2. Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting The Plumbing Division handles all aspects of Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting works. The services consists of complete Supply & Installation of PVC UPVC, PPR, HDPE, Steel, GI and Copper Pipe works; All general installation of Soil, Waste, Chemical Waste Drainage Systems; Domestic and Industrial Cold, Hot and Hot Water Return Systems; Entire Fire Fighting System according to NFPA and British Standard System and as per the local Civil Defense System. Supply and Installation of Pumps, Filtration Systems, STPs, Compressed Air Vacuum Systems, Medical Gas System and Sectional Water Tanks. Plumbing, Drainage & Fire fighting works are co-ordinate with the other services and managed as a single project to our Clients 3. Civil Construction of Commercial & Residential Buildings Civil Division should be handles all aspects of civil works and the services consist of Office Refurbishing, Construction of Indoor & Outdoor Sub-Stations, Civil Maintenance works for Electrical Sub-Stations, Ground Works, Brick Laying, Plastering, Carpentry & Partitioning, Civil work for Sub-Stations, Toilet conversion, local road maintenance and repair Civil Division shall be handles the construction of Buildings & Villas including Indoor & Outdoor Substations in the Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Public, Educational, Recreational, Sports and Public Utility Sectors in co-ordination with the other Divisions of the organisation. Also all Civil Maintenance Works are carried out by our team of technicians. 4. HVAC The HVAC Division highly equipped to handle all aspects coming under the Air Conditioning and Ventilation Industry. This includes Closed Control Air Conditioning, Ventilation Systems, Heating Systems, Pressurization Fan Installations, and Extract Fan Systems. Installation of Water Cooled or Air Cooled Condenser, Air Handling & Fan Coil Units, Chilled Water Piping, Multi Split DX Units, Duct Works including Grilles & Diffusers, VAV Systems, Precision Units etc. All the above HVAC works are co-ordinate with other Services and handed over as a require to our Clients . 5. Cabling, HV & MV Cable Laying, Jointing and Termination Cabling Division should be handles all aspects of cabling works and operates closely with the Electrical Division. Trenches, 11KV HV & LV Cabling, Jointing & Termination Services, Main Distribution Work, Extension of LV Underground Network and Service Connections, HV & LV Reinforcement Works, Direct Service Connection, Supply & Installation of Energy Meters, Testing & Commissioning of 11KV Switchgear, VCB & SF6 Type Pressure Test for 11 KV Cables & Energizing of Indoor & Outdoor Sub-Stations up to 11KV and Load Reading Works. Cabling Division handles all aspects of HV & MV Cable Laying works and operates closely in coordination with our Electrical Division. All our Jointers hold the HV & LV Jointers License. The performance and work practice shall be comply with standards laid out by the relevant authorities in Qatar. The work involves preparing the work site to joint and terminate power cables up to 11 kV in accordance with Kahramaa / requirements. Subsequently, Kahramaa is requested for shut down. Once shut down is provided termination and jointing of power cables work is carried out and the Inspection & Testing of cables is carried out with the relevant authorities. Once this is completed, backfill & reinstatement of excavated area is carried out, then dispose off the surplus materials and the site is cleaned. All these work is carried out within the period allotted for each site. At the same time, in between several permits are obtained from necessary authorities like, MMAA, Local Municipalities, and Traffic Department etc. to carry out road opening work. We also make sure that on each stage of the work in a site, approval from the authorities are obtained before starting work. 6. Air Movement Products and Information Air Movement Products for outside clients and the existing scope are fabricated in the Duct Fabrication Shop. Galvanized Steel Duct work and Air Movement Accessories are a vital section in Air Conditioning Industry and the demand is always high. Apart from duct fabrication, manufacturing of air movement accessories is next to nil in the State of Qatar. This is the reason why there is a huge demand in local market and HVAC Contractors mainly rely on foreign and other GCC country suppliers. Hence taking a cue from the above, established own Workshop to cater the requirements of In-house works and for outside clients.
