Introduction
As per the survey we have identified the needs of different villages.
So different type of the needs that we had analyzed are

• Clean drinking water

• Toilet
• Sewerage System
• Employment
• Proper health treatment

But first and foremost thing through which there all needs can be
satisfied is money. If they have money than they can every thing so
for having money we have decided to give them employment and
after seeing there conditions we have decided to generate the
business of Paper Packets. We have chosen this business only in
this initial investment is very less.

The table of contents lists the major divisions our plan

The Business

As per the survey and our need identification we decided to have

such type of business that can generate them good income and in
that initial investment will be very less. So we decided to have
business of paper packets because in this initial investment will
be very less and raw material that will be used is only news
paper that we have used before that they can get easily. They will
get it in Rs. 5 per Kg. other than that water is used in this. We
will call our product as Shakti Paper Packets. It will be formed
by collective participation of SHGs’ women. The business will
be located at various villages of Bundelkhand region. It will
drastically increase use of paper packets instead of plastic poly
bags which will lead to environment conservation. The business
will be run by community based women, they will generate
funds to start the business through savings. Waste paper is a
primary raw material for the division, which recycles the paper
to produce paper packets. In the absence of an organized waste
paper collection system, the company now meets half its daily
requirement of waste paper through imports.

Facts related to Paper waste management

o SMEs may have little control over the packaging they receive
from their suppliers.
o This may make it difficult for SMEs to reduce or minimize
waste produced as a result of this packaging.
o Lack of storage space to collect a viable quantity of material
for recycling or treatment. For smaller businesses, floor space
may be better used for core business activities and sometimes
there are insurance issues (e.g. fire risk) with storing waste.
o Lack of local recycling facilities in certain parts of the
country. This may be a particular issue in rural areas.

Conclusion

As per the survey that we have conducted and as per the need
identification we have analyze that the people of villagers are so
poor that they are not in conditions that they can invest any money,
so they want such type of business who preserves very less
investment. Therefore we have decided to have business of Paper
Packets, in that we have found that initial investment is very less
and the involvement of people can increase the business because
demand of paper packets in village is at good position and very
important thing that we have analyzed is that in current scenario
shopkeepers are using Poly bags that is hazardous to health so in
that sense here definition of Sustainable Development lies here.
