About Me
Im a creative person with extensive experience in customer service having worked for some of the best known brands on the high street. I have worked for Apple, Waterstones, Lush and Odeon in the last 5 years and have prior experience in the hospitality industry having worked at a hotel during my rst year of University. Ive always enjoyed working in customer service - my most recent work was at Waterstones over Christmas and I loved helping customers select gifts for others. At Apple I was involved in advising customers, technical support and was lucky enough to be actively involved in recruitment for the store. During my year with Apple I was also part of planning and executing some high-prole events such as celebrity appearances and product launches. Im also a freelance artist and have experience in theatre, television and lm-making. I have been commissioned to produce portraits, props and illustrations. In 2009 I graduated from Kingston University with a First Class Honours in Fine Art. I currently work with a local youth theatre group and will be making props for an upcoming production at the Old Vic Theatre. Across all of this experience I have picked up many skills while showing an ability to learn on the y. I have always had an eye for detail and am driven to constantly do better. I am able to easily adapt and learn new systems and processes. I am also procient in desktop publishing software such as Microsoft Ofce and have an extensive knowledge in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
