AND RELEASES BETWEEN (I) THE CHAPTER 11 TRUSTEE, (II) AND VARIOUS
TRANSFEREES
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Trustees Second Omnibus Motion to
Approve Settlements and Releases Between (i) The Chapter 11 Trustee and (ii) Various
Transferees [D.E. 2712] (the Motion) filed by the Trustee on March 1, 2012. The Court,
having reviewed the Motion and the Court file, having found that proper notice of the Motion
has been given and having been advised that no objections to or requests for hearing on the
Motion have been timely received by the Trustee or counsel or filed with the Court, finds it
appropriate to grant the Motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED as follows:

The Motion is GRANTED.
2.
The terms of the Settlement Agreements attached hereto as Composite Exhibit
