The Fill-Air® 1000 packaging system
delivers air-filled cushions for void
fill applications as you need them, at
a speed of 5 cu. ft. per-minute. One
compact 10” wide Fill-Air® roll yields up
to 375 cu. ft. of dunnage, eliminating storage
bins or bulky containers. That’s equivalent
to twenty-eight 14 cu. ft. bags of loose fill!
Light weight Fill-Air® packaging also reduces freight costs.

Fill-Air® inflated cushions can be reused, and once deflated,
occupy only 1% of their inflated volume. Since there is no
