Date of Commencement The Test Series will commence from 25th September, 2011* (Sunday). * Two online practice tests on IIT-JEE Pattern will be made available from 28th August, 2011 for students to get accustomed to the AIATS level Eligibility A student who is studying in class XII or have passed class XII is eligible to join All India Aakash Test Series for IIT-JEE - 2012. Criteria of Admission A student must have secured minimum 60% marks in Science & Maths in class X or 60% marks in PCM in class XII to join All India Aakash Test Series for IIT-JEE - 2012. The photocopy of marksheet (attested by the student himself or herself) should be attached with the Admission Form. Mode of Test Offline: To be given at the test centres at the cities listed on page no. 16 Online: On computer with internet connection from home or any internet cafe Number of Tests There will be a total of 13 tests in this Test Series.

Medium of Test The medium of test is English Submission of Admission Form The last date of submission of admission form is: F 17th September, 2011 by post and F 24th September, 2011 personally at the counter of DLP Office. Fee The total fee for this course is ` 4,963/(` 4,500/- + 10.3% service tax i.e., ` 463/-). Fee Timings: 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P .M. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Mode of Payment Cash at counter / DD in favour of Aakash IIT-JEE payable at New Delhi. Note: We will provide 2 online practice tests, before commencement of All India Aakash Test Series for both Offline & Online students.

Concession Criteria
35 % Scholarship shall be given to students who have secured : 100% marks in Science and Maths in Class X OR A1 Grade in all subjects in Class X OR Topper of any CBSE Board OR State Board OR NTSE Scholar OR Olympiad Scholar (below 100 Rank) 25% Scholarship shall be given to students who have secured : A1 Grade in Science and Maths in Class X OR 95% and above in Science and Maths in Class X OR 90% and above aggregate marks in Class X OR 89% and above aggregate marks in PCB / PCM in Class XII Board OR Upto 50000 rank in AIEEE 2011 OR Ex-Aakashian who has already taken our classroom coaching for one year course or two years course at any centre / branch of Aakash. 15% Scholarship shall be given to students who have secured : A1 Grade in Science & A2 Grade in Maths or vice versa in class X OR 90% 94.5% marks in Science & Maths in Class X OR 85% - 88.5% marks in PCB / PCM in class XII Board 10% Scholarship shall be given to students who have secured : A2 Grade in Science and Maths in Class X OR 85% - 89.5% marks in Science & Maths in Class X OR 80% - 84.5% marks in PCB / PCM in Class XII Board 5% Scholarship shall be given to students who have secured : A1 Grade in Science & B1 Grade in Maths or vice versa in class X OR 80% - 84.5% marks in Science & Maths in Class X
NOTE :1. A student can avail one of the above merit scholarship whichever is higher 2. 10% relaxation in marks for WB, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, UP, UT, HR, North-East State Boards students for merit scholarships.

Incomplete form will be rejected. It is compulsory for a student to attach a recent passport size photograph on the admission form. The student should also staple three extra photographs with the form. All students enrolled for All India Aakash Test Series will have to provide the photocopy of admit card of IIT-JEE, AIEEE & other Engineering Entrance Exams. as soon as they receive their Admit Cards from the examining body. Institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in Engineering Entrance Exams. It is for the student himself/herself to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain examination or not. The Institute does not hold itself responsible if a student's admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Institute. The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Parents / Guardian. The choice of the centre filled by the candidate at the time of admission will be final and no further request for the shift of centre will be considered.

In case of loss of the Examination Hall Ticket, a request letter along with one photograph and Cash/Demand Draft of ` 50/- in favour of Aakash IIT-JEE payable at New Delhi is to be submitted for the issue of duplicate Hall Ticket. 11. Request for change of Address: Any change in the correspondence address or phone number should be intimated to Registered Office through a written application quoting the Name, Roll No., Centre Code of the student and name of the test series. 12. Each student shall be given an Username and password to check their result and All India Ranking. 13. Fee once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances. 14. In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of Aakash Educational Services Ltd. The seat of arbitrator will be at Delhi only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Delhi Court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters.
