Introduction
Human resource management system designed to provide a complete personnel record, filtering and reporting capability for company. This system is easy to use, utilizing the familiar graphical human interface to enter data, select employees. Human Resource system tracks most information needed by the human resource department. you can generate standard reports. Some of the capabilities include: complete employee personal information, unlimited job and salary history information, secondary job information, benefit (insurance) enrollment, seniority information, telephone directory, educational background, skill, training, license and professional membership tracking, attendance tracking, integrated filter and report builder, requirements: Ram 512mb, Hard disk 60mb This software is designed to run on the following operating system: windows xp

The Major goal of System is to develop software that provides better management of employees, time management and assessment of the employees.

1. Information Request
User just wants to get Information about the joining and retirement period of the Employee of the company.
3. Different departments
Different departments can share different information of related employee.
4 Processes:
As per Inputs there shall be 3 processes. 1. Processing of registering data into the Database. 2. Retrieving relevant information of specific employee from Database. 3. Editing, updating the record.

1. Registration data of registration (Oracle). 2. Retrieving data (RDB) 3. Editing and updating (Oracle).

Try to update this small scale project to large scale companies.
8. Application Architecture
The system will have three tier architecture. In the other perspective the system will be based on 3-tier architecture.
1. In the first tier there will be a GUI interface i.e presentation tier. 2. In the second tier business logic layer tier. 3. In the third tier there is database i.e. data Tier for storing which then send that information as per request to the user.
