My dear People,
Am going away for a two-month vacation. I owe you an explanation. After Grace Bible Church was started, earlier on there were a number of years when I wasnt able to take my annual leave. Consequently, this year my vacation-time totals 92 days. Each member of the Board of Elders has a copy of my leave record. You may ask to see it. No secrecy. One of the decisions taken at the boards meeting was the formation of a ministry team. In addition to me as pastor, theres Rev J T Raja as associate pastor, three seminary grads, two parachurch workers and one ex parachurch worker. Our team will therefore consist of the following members:

at 6 p.m. every Sunday.
Every month first Sunday Communion Service
Jesus said to all who follow Him, Make disciples. Tell people about our Hindi services. Introduce them to Grace Bible Church. This would be an easy way to fulfill your duty as a disciple. Serve the Lord.

For a church this small, we do have a number of people who are gifted for ministry. This means you really dont need me. It is my intention to forge the ministry team into a strong group that will be able to carry Grace Bible Church forward into the future, serving Grace Bible Church as a pastoral team. In Christs love, Kuru A preacher who forms a church into his own fan club fails to serve the Lord Jesus. If you think I have served you as a faithful pastor, then you will attend church even when Im not there. In fact, even more. This is the only way to honour me. But if you dont attend when Im not there, you treat the church as my fan club. That will prove me a failure. You are my certificate. What grade will you give me?
