and learning. This is one of the leading navigation systems Podcast (Personal on Demand and broadcasting) used in the process of study, and it is popular in universities in other countries, such as UC Berkley, Stanford University, MIT and others through mobile devices such as Notebook and iPhone, iPad and iPod. The Assumption University mode also combines the technology of Live Broadcast, iTouch & Learn of the university is an innovation mobile learning system perfect system used as a tool to support learning outside the classroom capably.

Experience a new dimension of education outside the classroom with iTouch & Learn, which will make learning not limited to the classroom anymore, and which will constitute a revolution in the use of Mobile Technology in Education for the 21st century truly This system is in the first time application and use. Assumption University has evolved the learning system in conjunction with Apples products, media, teaching

What is the system of iTouch & Learn?

1.Live Broadcast system

Students will be able to learn through mobile devices resident within the internet, wired or wireless, such as LAN, Wi-Fi, EDGE or 3G (speed depends on the Internet at that time) as Real Time Broadcasting. By being able to view with full text formats (Dual Source) live lectures with audio (Audio and Video) and materials such as PPT Slides, Video, Text simultaneously on the same screen, which is innovative Mobile Learning.

This allows the students not to be limited to the classroom alone anymore (Take the room out of Classroom). The system facilitates students to learn anywhere, anytime via mobile computing devices such as computer, notebooks, net books, Macintosh platforms, and Windows including mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad and iPod there are 3 main functions which students can use as below:

Students will be able to access each time the content of teaching and learning for each subject anywhere with computer equipment and mobile phones that have the Internet signal (Classes on the Fly) to review lessons. Therefore learning is not limited to just the university or in the classroom anymore.

3. On-the-Go Learning System

For quick and easy review of each lesson for each subject, students will be able to sync. (Synchronization) data of the study in each type as Dual Source through iTunes program, which supports both Macintosh and Windows systems into the iPhone, iPad or iPod that allows browsing anytime, anywhere. n addition, the system also supports the RSS Feed which allows the system to automatically update the student immediately. Data in each class changes so the device is syncing as to update information always. Additionally, students and teachers are able to exchange ideas and information through the Wiki and Blog which is the perfect space to share information and

news of a house in the form of text data (Text) images, video or audio. Users can therefore share and respond to comments. Both, the Teacher or student can have control over who will be able to comment through Web board which move anywhere at any time whenever one wants to share information on groups, including the ability to share schedules or appointments within the group through the Shared Calendar.

For iPhone, iPod and iPad users tap Log In in the first screen, then log in your user name and password in the second screen Login using lowercase g plus your 7-digit student ID (e.g. g5334567) Login using lowercase student as initial password then tap Log In 3

NOTE: This page shows all the latest updated podcasts but it is arranged by update time not by course ID. So if you want to find the videos of the courses you want please click wikis.

Please make sure your iPhone, iPod and iPad has 3G or WiFi connection, the bandwidth of GPRS and EDGE is NOT enough for watching podcasts.

Choose the course you want by clicking on the course title, dont forget to check the instructor name. Here we take BA6601 Dr. Kumpanarts section for example. 8

NOTE: You have to follow step 1 - 4 then skip step 5 - 7 after that follow step 8 - 10 for On Demand Section in iPhone
