What is meant by decomposable recycled plastic? It refers to the natural chemistry structure of the material of the recycled plastic, wherein it will decompose in a certain way when expose to the environment. In the decomposition process, the chemistry and physical characteristics of the recycled plastic gradually weakens, and separates into its pure form, by the process of hydrolysis, it dissolves or breaks down into simple molecules and vanishes. The recycled plastic decomposes in a fast constant rate depending on its exposed environment, it can be generalize into four technological principle, which are: biolysis, light decomposition, hydrolysis, and dissolution, however biolysis is the focus of this company.

The process that allows biolysis has two methods: the first method is the plastic allows the biolysis matter to permeate the plastic material to decompose , the second method is the high polymer that makes it easy for the enzyme to decompose. The product s a synthesis of polyethylene which does not have a high decomposition rate and starch which has a natural high polymer that easily decomposes, usually the process must increase the catalyst ( accelerators ) to accelerate its decomposition. There are two decomposition mechanisms, first, the starch pellet maintains the decomposition consumption, that causes the high polymer substance to become porous , that makes the plastic products soft and increases the surface area. Another decomposition mechanism is the fat or fatty acid that reacts with the oxidants and blue metals that are found in the soil from water calamities, that will produce peroxide. The high polymer chain will break apart from peroxide, the efficiency of the decomposition mechanism is in direct ratio to the plastic products surface area. Therefore, the two decomposition mechanisms actually complement each other, and brings out the best in each other, the high polymer chain not only breaks up the physical characteristics and makes it soft, but breaks them into smaller pieces, and maintains biolysis with its end product-water and carbon dioxide.

*About product deposits: The product can be preserve for 5 years in storage under normal temperature without other influence , it will only start to decompose outside in a natural environment once you throw it away. *Is there pollutants after decomposition: Decomposition of plastic has passed thru several tests, denatured starch is a high polymer material without any toxicity, after decomposition it turns into carbon dioxide, it changes first to less than 5 sq. cm. (5cmx5cm) then gradually start to decompose.
