H thng ny cho php gio vin xy dng gio n in t trn c s qui trnh to bi ging c xut; cp nht, lu tr, sp xp, bi ging, ng gi thnh cc kha hc hon chnh trin khai o to trc tuyn. APPLICATION OF MOODLE ON DEPLOYING ONLINE TRAINING FOR APPLIED INFORMATICS FOR A,B, OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE AT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE OF DA NANG UNIVERSITY

- Proposing the process creating electronic (or computerized) lecture.


- Building a system of electronic (or computerized) lectures forming modules such as: general Informatics, official Informatics, Theory of computer network, MS access - Applying Moodle to deploy the information portal in order to support studying and online training. 2. Main contents: The objective of the research is to build a website providing eletronic materials, cirriculums and training online in in applied informatics for A, B, Official certificate at Software Development Center of Da Nang University on the basis of the open source software application Moodle. The system allows teachers to build electronic curriculums (materials) on the basis of creating lecture process which was proposed, update, store, sorte, ... lectures and pack them into complete courses to deploy online training Thank to the system, it is easy for students to approach learning resources and exchange related information in the process of researching 3. Outcomes: The outcome is application of Moodle on building information portal in order to surpport learning and online training at Software Development center of Da Nang University .

1. Gii thiu v ti
Trong nhng nm gn y, s pht trin khng ngng ca Cng ngh thng tin ni chung v Internet ni ring mang li nhng thay i ng k trong cuc sng. Internet tht s l mi trng thng tin lin kt mi ngi trn ton th gii gn li vi nhau, cng chia s nhng vn mang tnh ton x hi. Tn dng mi trng Internet, xu hng pht trin ca cc phn mm hin nay l xy dng cc ng dng c kh nng chia s cao, vn hnh khng ph thuc vo v tr a l cng nh h iu hnh; to iu kin cho mi ngi c th trao i, tm kim thng tin, hc tp mt cch d dng v thun tin. Elearning (gio dc in t) l mt trong nhng ng dng in hnh da trn Web v Internet. Vic hc khng ch b cm cho hc sinh, sinh vin cc trng hc m dnh cho tt c mi ngi, khng k tui tc, khng c iu kin trc tip n trng, thc c nhng vn , ti chn ti cho mnh l: ng dng Moodle trin khai o to trc tuyn tin hc ng dng trnh A, B, Vn phng ti Trung tm Pht trin Phn mm - HN Vic gii quyt vn ny s gp phn nh gi, chn lc nhng ng dng tin tin, hin i ca Cng ngh Thng tin-Vin thng a chng vo qu trnh ging dy trong nh trng nhm nng cao cht lng gio dc cng nh to tin cho vic thit k v trin khai cc phn mm dy hc (PMDH) trong din rng cho tt c cc mn hc trong tung lai.

ELEARNING I. C s l lun ca vic ng dng my tnh phc v dy hc [1]

Vy cng ngh thng tin ni chung v my tnh ni ring h tr vic dy v hc nh th no? My tnh l mt thit b c tnh phng php trong vic iu tra, phng vn v trong vic kim tra, ngoi ra n cng c th l mt phng tin phn tch, nh gi cc bi kim tra, chn on v iu tr bnh trong tm l hc. Trong qu trnh thi trc nghim, my tnh ng vai tr va l thit b kim tra va l thit b nh gi, tng hp, thng k... Trong phng php dy hc, chc nng nh gi c thc hin bi cc mun kim tra, phn tch v nh gi nhng thng tin t nhng ngi hc. Kt qu ca vic nh gi c dng lm c s cho vic cung cp thng tin phn hi cho hc sinh hoc iu chnh ni dung, tc hc tp ca hc sinh. Chc nng lin lc Ngy nay, vi s pht trin rng ri ca mng Internet, chc nng lin lc ca MT cng c pht huy mnh m hn bao gi ht. Trong trng hp ny MT ng vai tr l phng tin truyn thng, mng my tnh c th thc hin cc chc nng: gi/nhn th tn, hi tho, hi ngh, o to t xa (E-learning)...Trong cc h thng o to t xa ;gio vin thit k ni dung bi ging nh v chuyn ti ln h thng E-learning thng qua mng Internet. Ni dung bi ging c thit k trong phng lab a phng tin theo ng gio n.

II. eLearning [2]


Trong x hi ton cu ha ngy nay, hc tp l vic cn lm trong sut cuc i khng ch ng vng trong th trng vic lm y cnh tranh m cn gip nng cao kin thc vn ha v x hi ca mi ngi. Chng ta cn hc nhng k nng mi, ng thi bi dng nng cao nhng k nng sn c v tm ra nhng cch thc mi v nhanh hn hc nhng k nng ny. Nn kinh t th gii ang bc vo giai on kinh t tri thc. V vy, vic nng cao hiu qu cht lng gio dc, o to s l nhn t sng cn quyt nh s tn ti v pht trin ca mi quc gia, cng ty, gia nh v c nhn. Hn na, vic hc tp khng ch b gn trong vic hc ph thng, hc i hc m l hc sut i. E-learning chnh l mt gii php hu hiu gii quyt vn ny.

eLearning l g?

C nhiu quan im, nh ngha khc nhau v e-Learning E-Learning l mt thut ng dng m t vic hc tp, o to da trn cng ngh thng tin v truyn thng ( Compare Infobase Inc). E-Learning ngha l vic hc tp hay o to c chun b, phn phi hoc qun l s dng nhiu cng c ca cng ngh thng tin, truyn thng khc nhau v c thc hin mc cc b hay ton cc ( MASIE Center). Vic hc tp c phn phi hoc h tr qua cng ngh in t. Vic phn phi qua nhiu k thut khc nhau nh Internet, TV, video tape, cc h thng ging dy thng minh, v vic o to da trn my tnh ( CBT ) ( Sun Microsystems, Inc ). Vic phn phi cc hot ng, qu trnh, v s kin o to v hc tp thng qua cc phng tin in t nh Internet, intranet, extranet, CD-ROM, video tape, DVD, TV, cc thit b c nhn... ( e-learningsite).

H thng eLearning c th c coi l mt gii php tng th dng cc cng ngh my tnh qun l: hc sinh, ging dy theo yu cu (Lecture On Demand-LOD), cc lp hc c t chc theo lch trnh ng b, lp hc qua v tinh, cc phng lab a phng tin h tr thit k bi ging, th vin in t, nhm hc tp (Groupwave) cho php trao i thng tin gia cc hc sinh, gia hc sinh vi gio vin v gia cc gio vin vi nhau. eLearning c pht trin bng vic dng cc my tnh n l sang h thng khch/ ch (Client/ Server system) v c bit n vi ci tn WBT (Web Based Training) hay cn gi l h thng o to s dng cng ngh Web. Ni dung gio dc c lu tr trn h thng my ch ca mng (Server). Ti liu lin quan n o to, qun l o to nh: gio trnh, ti liu tham kho, bi thi, kt qu, h s hc sinh, c lu di dng d liu hay cc trang web, ng thi thit lp mt mi trng hc tp o qua mng my tnh da trn cng ngh Web v Internet Hin nay, cng ngh thng tin - vin thng c nhng bc tin vt bc, tc truy cp Internet c tng ln vi cc ng truyn tc cao (ng truyn ADSL). Thng qua Web, gio vin c th kt hp hng dn trc tuyn (hnh nh, m thanh, cc cng c trnh din) ti ngi hc, nng cao hn dch v o to. Cng ngh Web c th mang li hiu qu cao trong gio dc, cho php a dng ho mi trng hc tp.

II.2.

Li ch m eLearning mang li

Ti sao eLearning li tr nn quan trng? Bi v y chnh l cht xc tc ang lm thay i ton b m hnh hc tp trong th k ny cho hc sinh, sinh vin, vin chc v cho nhiu loi i tng tim nng khc nh bc s, y t v gio vin- thc t l cho bt c ai mong mun c hc tp d di hnh thc chnh thng hay khng chnh thng. eLearning gip ta khng cn phi i nhng qung ng di theo hc mt cua hc dng truyn thng; chng ta hon ton c th hc tp bt c khi no chng ta mun, ban ngy hay ban m, ti bt c u- ti nh, ti cng s, ti th vin ni b. Vi rt nhiu sinh vin, n m ra mt th gii hc tp mi, d dng v linh hot hn, m trc h khng hy vng ti, c th do khng ph hp, hay v lp hc cch ni h sng n na vng tri t. Theo mt ngha khc, Gio dc in t xa nha cc ranh gii a l, mang gio dc n vi mi ngi ch khng phi l mi ngi n vi gio dc. Hc tp l mt hot ng x hi, v eLearning c th gip chng ta thu c nhng kt qu chc chn v lu di, khng ch thng qua ni dung m ng thi bng c cng ng mng trc tuyn. Ti y, hc vin c khuyn khch giao tip, cng tc v chia x kin thc. Theo cch ny, eLearning c th h tr hc tp thng qua nhn xt v tho lun. eLearning cho php hc vin t qun l c tin trnh hc tp ca mnh theo cch ph hp nht. Chng ta c nhiu cch hc khc nhau nh c, xem, khm ph, nghin cu, tng 4

tc, thc hnh, giao tip, tho lun, chia x kin thc. eLearning ng ngha vi vic hc vin c th truy cp ti rt nhiu ngun ti nguyn phc v cho hc tp: c t liu v con ngi, v theo cch ny mi ngi u c quyn chn la hnh thc hc tp ph hp nht vi kh nng v iu kin ca mnh.

H thng eLearning c t chc t cc h thng o to t xa (Distant Learning System), h thng nhm hc tp (Groupware System), h thng dch v thng tin hc sinh (Student Information Service System). Cc h thng ny thc hin nhng ni dung: ging dy t xa (Distant Lecture), qun l hc sinh (Student Management), qun l nghip v (Business Management), th vin in t (Digital Library), thit k bi ging (Contents Building Area) iu hnh eLearning

Ni dung bi ging c thit k trong phng lab a phng tin theo ng gio n v c th c chnh sa hoc xo bt c lc no bi chnh gio vin bin son n ( gio vin c cp quyn truy cp, upload, download vo h thng eLearning thng qua tn v mt khu ca mnh). Bi ging c th c thit k bng cc chng trnh x l vn bn thng dng nh PowerPoint, HTML Editor

II.3.2.

H thng qun l hc vin

Cc kho hc eLearning c thng bo thng qua Internet v t hc sinh c th chn chng trnh hc, phn hc ca mnh. Nu mt kho hc i hi hc sinh phi ng k, sau khi chp nhn ng k, hc sinh phi hon tt hc ph tha nhn tham gia kho hc ny.

H thng Groupware

H thng Groupware cung cp kh nng t chc cc cuc tho lun theo nhm nhm tng cng hiu qu cho hot ng ca h thng eLearning. Groupwave h tr cho vic hng dn, trao i thng tin gia gio vin v hc sinh, gia cc hc sinh trong kho hc. H thng cung cp cc dch v vi cc thng tin khc nhau thng qua bng thng bo, email, voice chat, qun l thng tin c nhn, qun l thi kho biu hc tp v ging dy.

III.2. Cc h thng LMS/ LCMS m ngun m


Hin nay, trn th gii c rt nhiu h thng cho php ta to v qun l cc cua hc trn Internet. C th k n mt s h thng nh sau: Moodle Moodle c nh gi l mt trong cc LMS tt nht trong h thng m ngun m v c cng ng m ngun m h tr rt mnh vi trn 98.000 thnh vin, chng ta s tm hiu k hn v Moodle phn sau. ATutor L mt h LCMS m ngun m theo m hnh o to da trn Web. c nh gi cng l mt trong cc LCMS tt nht trong h thng cc phn mm ELearning m ngun m. III.4. Gii thiu v Moodle


III.4.1. Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment)
L gi phn mm vi mc ch l a ra cc cua hc da trn internet v web sites. Thit k v pht trin Moodle c hng dn da trn mt nguyn l hc tp c th, mt cch suy ngh m bt k ai cng c th hiu c, ni cch khc n nh l phng php "gio dc mang tnh x hi". Moodle c bt u pht trin bi Martin Dougiamas, ngi m tip tc lnh o d n Moodle c cung cp min ph nh phn mm M ngun m (theo iu khon Bn quyn cng khai GNU ). Moodle s chy trn bt k my tnh no c th chy PHP, v c th h tr nhiu kiu c s d liu (c bit l MySQL). Phin bn Moodle 1.0 ra i vo ngy 20 thng 8 nm 2002. Phin bn ny c ng vi mong mun nh , nhiu lp hc phm vi trng i hc, v hp tc v phn nh iu xung quanh nhng nhm nh cc thnh vin tham gia. Sau mt cch u n chui cc s kin thm vo cc phin bn mi thm cc c trng mi tt hn v hiu sut c ci tin nhiu hn. Khi Moodle c qung b rng ln v c cng ng pht trin, thu ht nhiu ngi khc nhau trong cc hon cnh dy hc khc nhau. V d, Moodle by gi s dng khng ch trong cc trng i hc, nhng trong cc trng cp ba, cc trng tiu hc , cc t chc phi li nhun, cc cng ty nhn, bi ph thuc vo cc gio vin v ngay c cc bc ph huynh trong trng hc.

Mt c trng quan trng ca d n Moodle l web site moodle.org, cung cp mt v tr trung tm cho thng tin, tho lun hoc hp tc xung quanh nhng ngi dng Moodle, nhng ngi bao gm cc qun tr h thng, cc gio vin, cc hc vin, cc nh nghin cu, cc nh thit k dy hc v ca cua hc, cc nh pht trin. Ging nh Moodle, site ny lun lun pht trin ph hp vi nhu cu ca cng ng, v ging nh Moodle n s lun lun l min ph.

To cc thnh phn media

Cc thnh phn Media l cc n v nh nht trong ton b ni dung bi hc. N l thnh phn c s ban u bi ging ca bn tng tc tt vi hc vin. Chng ta c th a ra cc thnh phn Media trong mt v d bi ging c th nh sau: Ti mun son tho bi hc v nh lut phn x nh sng. Nh vy ni dung ca bi hc ny s ni n nh lut phn x, a ra nh lut, ngi ta tin hnh th nghim; nh vy ni dung th nghim l ci m gio vin c th m phng. thc hin m phng th gio vin c th to ra cc dng media nh Flash hay file nh ng Gift, hay c th l mt on Video c bin son hc vin c th quan st c th nghim. II.4.

Ni dung ca mt cua hc l tp hp cc bi hc m ta ng gi v cng c th l cc trang (page) c xem nh cc ti nguyn m gio vin a ln cua hc chia s cho hc vin. Cu trc ca cc cua hc thng l cu trc Cy; ti a ra quy c cho cu trc cua hc trong quy trnh xy dng nh sau: Mt cua hc (Course) l mt tp hp cc phn Mi phn l mt tp hp cc ch (topic) Mi ch bao gm nhiu hot ng hc tp Mt hot ng hc tp c th l s kt hp ca nhiu hnh ng, ng tc nh, c mt on vn bn, nhn v quan st mt hnh nh, lng nghe mt m thanh, quan st mt hot hnh, th nghim, thc hnh o, m phng hay mt vi hng dn thc hin cc bi tp... Bc ny ch mang tnh cht l sp xp cc ni dung hc tp trc khi chuyn cc ni dung ny ln h thng qun l cua hc. Sau khi s dng quy trnh to ni dung cho cua hc nh trn, ti tin hnh giai on chuyn ni dung cua hc ny ln h thng LMS. y ti s dng l Moodle qun l cc cua hc. Vic kim tra nh gi kt qu hc tp ca hc vin l mt phn quan trng ca bt k mt phng php ging dy no. Vi h thng ny, gio vin c th a ra cc hot ng gip cho ngi hc t nh gi mc tin b trong qu trnh hc nh cc bi tp ln, cc bi hc v cng c th l kim tra nh gi chnh xc kt qu hc tp ca hc vin thng qua bi thi. Bi hc Cho php cc ging vin to v qun l mt tp cc trang c kt ni. Hot ng ny c s dng hc vin t kim tra li kt qu hc tp ca mnh bng cch tr li cc cu hi.

KT LUN

1. Kt qu t c
Qua thi gian thc hin ti ng dng Moodle trin khai o to trc tuyn tin hc ng dng trnh A, B, Vn phng ti Trung tm Pht trin Phn mm - HN, ti thu c mt s kt qu nht nh Xy dng c quy trnh to ni dung cho cua hc. Da vo m hnh ti xy dng thnh cng gio trnh in t cc hc phn Tin i cng, Tin hc vn phng, MS Access, L thuyt mng my tnh; ng dng Moodle xy dng cng thng tin h tr hc tp v o to trc tuyn tin hc ng dng trnh A, B, Tin vn phng ti Trung tm Pht trin Phn mm, i hc Nng

2. Kh nng ng dng ti vo thc tin


Ti thy rng y l mt ti mang tnh kh thi. eLearning s tr thnh mt xu th hc tp tt yu trong tng lai khng xa. Hin nay cng ng Moodle Vit Nam ang khng ngng pht trin. Nhiu trng mnh dn th im vic hc tp qua mng v mang li nhng kt qu nht nh. Ti ngh rng, vi quy trnh m ti a ra, chi ph to cc ni dung cho cua hc s gim ng k. y l mt iu kin tin quyt cc trng c th mnh dn ng dng eLearning, c th l hc tp qua mng.

3. Hng pht trin ca ti


Cui cng l hng pht trin ca ti m ti nh hng trong tng lai M rng phm vi ng dng cho cc tt c cc mn hc. Hon thin cng thng tin p ng nhu cu o to thc t ti Trung tm.
