Remove and tape-off wires.

1. With power removed unplug the precipitation sensor terminal block. 2. Remove the 5 precipitation sensor leads from the block by unscrewing the terminals. 3. Tape off or cut back the sensor leads to prevent contact with DS-8 electronics. 4. Fashion a jumper wire by stripping both ends of a piece of 18-24 AWG wire.
