Learning objectives:
1. Youth leaders learn what they have to be conscious about when
leading a group of young people.

character.

groups.
4. Youth leaders know how to communicate and solve conflicts in
groups of young people.
5. Youth leaders learn what are the needs of young people and how to
realize them.
6. Youth leaders learn what they can do to raise motivation of young
people and their inclusion into youth organisation.
