* Submit 2-3 Sample Images of artworks if you do not provide an online link to your works. You do NOT have to submit the original art works along with the registration form. You are required to attach clear digital reproductions/photographs of the original art works along with their accurate medium and dimension details and the selling cost of each art work along with the registration form.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Registration fee is INR 400/- for a maximum of 10 artworks per artist. REGISTRATION Organising committee will finalise the works to be displayed during the exhibition. LAST DATE: Complete registration form along with a copy of any legal photo ID must be submitted at: GULSHAN BOOKS, 10TH MAY 2012 OPP. FAIR DEAL COMPLEX LALCHOWK SRINAGAR, J&K. Registration fee of approved applicants is non-refundable. Others must demand a refund within 5 days after the exhibition day. All artworks must be original and not plagiarised. Neither Centre for Art, nor Kashmir Art Quest will be responsible for breach of copyrights by any third party. In case of events like fire, floods, insurrections, terrorism, riots, explosion, embargo, strike (whether legal or illegal), damage of artworks by visitors, natural disasters etc: Neither Centre for Art Nor Kashmir Art Quest will not be held responsible for the losses incurred or the cancellation of the event. Failure to produce a valid receipt of payment whenever required shall result in cancellation of registration.
