Cch lm: Trc tin ly lp v trong ca cy chanh (b v ngoi) phi kh, gi nh, ry bt mn rc vo vt thng, sau cc dc liu trn ra sch, gi nh p vo ni c mn nht ri bng li. Ngy p 1 ln. p trong 3 ngy. Cha ph thng do thn: L lt 20g, c gai leo, r m qu, r tm gai, l a lng, m mi v 10g. Sc vi 500ml nc cn 150ml, ung trong ngy. Ung sau ba n tra khi thuc cn m. Dng trong 3-5 ngy. au bng do lnh: L lt ti 20g, ra sch, un vi 300ml nc cn 100ml. Ung trong ngy khi thuc cn m, nn ung trc ba n ti. Dng lin tc trong 2 ngy. Cha u gi sng au: L lt, ngi cu mi v 20g (tt c dng ti), ra sch, gi nt, thm gim chng nng, p, chm ni u gi sng au.

Vt liu: 180g go lt v 1.5 lt nc

Rang go lt trong cho cho ti vng nu. Nu 1.5 lt nc cho tht si. Ri ton
b go lt rang vo nc ang si. Lp tc tt la, ri vy trong vng 5 pht. Sau lt ly nc trong ring. K cng nu 1.5 lt nc khc cho si, ri ton b xc go lt c lt ra va ri. Sau vn la riu riu v tip tc cho si thm trong vng 5 pht na mi tt la. Xong lt ly nc trong. Ha nc go lt nu ln trc v ln ny li vi nhau cho u ri ung nh nc tr vy. Xin lu : Ty theo bnh trng m thay i cch dng. Khng nn ung nc go lt chung vi sa b hoc chung vi nhng thc n c cht m (protein). Khng nn ha canh dng sinh v nc go lt rang chung vi nhau dng. Ung hai th nc ny cch nhau ti thiu 15 pht.
