Criteria
Assignment Irregularity(/ies) Assignment irregularities could be due to certain level of plagiarism detected in the report, submission of another group's/individual's assignment, identical submission from 2 or more parties. Executive Summary The report must have an appropriate and well written executive summary Penalty for inappropriate Table of Content Penalty will be applied for inaccurate and badly presented (or inappropriate) Table of Content Quality of the process analysis & process diagram - Clarity of the chain of key activities and processes in a swim-lane diagram. - Demonstrate a high level of relevancy to the description contained in SHC case. - Demonstrate an ability to relate the key roles of Information Systems in process improvement. - Ability to provide a meaningful discussions and/or explanations on the key processes and the subsequent process improvement (and/or reengineering attempt). Customer Relationship Management - Ability to provide a good quality analyses, description, arguments, and meaningful recommendations on the aspects of improving quality of service to the customers/patients. - Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the role of CRM in the effort of SHC to improve its strategic positioning. Inventory and Supply Issues - Demonstrate an ability to identify, describe, and analyse key issues relevant to the inventory and supply of SHC. - Demonstrate an ability to relate the key roles of Information Systems in improving supply & inventory processes/activities. Overall quality of analyses of the case study - Demonstrate an ability to conduct a sufficient level of analyses of key issues/problems contained in SHC case study. - Demonstrate an ability to provide insights with regards to SHC's key operations and/or processes and/or problems. - Demonstrate an ability to provide a set of reasonable recommendations based on the analyses of the key issues/problems at SHC. - Demonstrate an ability to present convincing and persuasive arguments in analysing various aspects of operations/processes at SHC. - Ability to present a good logical flow within the report. Summary or Conclusion The report must have an appropriate and well written summary or conclusion Evidence of wider readings Use of high-quality, reliable, credible and dependable information sources to support arguments, recommendations, analyses of the case Appropriate & proper use of in-text references to acknowledge information sources Appropriate and correct use of of references (in-text references) to support arguments/ideas/opinions/justifications/recommendations throughout the report Appropriate and correct use of Harvard style (as adopted & prescribed by Swinburne University of Technology) referencing style Appropriate & proper attribution to the readings (or relevant literature) in the report
