Fan case 6 oclock position Mechanical Two-way adaptor connecting to oil tubes not indicated with torque seal.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Spinner Non Modular Coating loss. Scoring, cracking and damaged or delaminated rubber nose cap.

Fan case Mechanical 2 cases of FOD (1 metallic, 1 hard plastic) found.

Fan case Mechanical Bracket at 8 oclock position found with missing clinch nut

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Annulus Fillers & Fan Blades Non Modular Nicks, dents, scratches, corrosion pitting or missing anti-erosion coating. Nicks, dents, corrosion pitting, blunt leading edge or burnt surfaces.

Fan Case Mechanical Air duct not blanked.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Acoustic Panels Module 34 Abnormal galling, deep rubbing, delamination, cracks or dents.

Starter Control Valve Starter System Non Modular Alignment marking & clamp secured & sealed as indicated in red circle. Flapper valve is at close position as indicated by red arrow.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

EEC E & I System Loose bolts, nuts, terminals, connections.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Igniters & Ignition System Ignition System Loose connections, bolts, nuts. Chaffing or frayed wiring.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

IDG & IDG AOHE Module 61 Damage on the AOHE & loose or damaged connections

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Fire Detector & Starter Clamp Module 61 Bent or broken wire (fire detector), Improper Installation of starter clamp.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Bifurcation Panel Services Fuel, Air and Ignition Incorrect wire-locking, absence of sealant, loose bolts & nuts, loose installation of fuel, oil and air tubes on panel & chaffing of tubes & wires.

A Frame Module 34 Cracked screw holes

VIGV rubbing strips & bushings Module 32 Missing or delaminated rubbing strips & missing bushings

Location: System: Possible Defects:

VSV Actuator Module 32 Unlocked split pins, improper wire locking, chaffing, nicks & dents on tubes.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Rear Acoustic Panels Module 34 Delamination, cracks on trailing edges. Loosen screws, blanking on the AOHE should be there.

HP Bleed Valve Duct Bleed System Torn, cracked & worn rubber.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Hose, Couplings & Vent Valve Bleed System Improper Installation of couplings, damaged hose & damaged threads on vent valve.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Fuel Spray Nozzles & Igniters Fuel & Ignition System Nicks, dents, scoring or other damage on fuel tube as indicated by red arrow. Igniter & FSNs are properly installed & wire-locked as indicated by green arrow.

Electrical harnesses E & I System Bent, burnt, chafed, broken & exposed harnesses. Loose or missing bolts & nuts & terminals

Thermocouples E & I system (on Module 51) Badly dented or elongated bolt holes Poor welding

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Cooling Air Valve Module 51 Broken, chafed, frayed, damaged or loose electrical connections and air tubes. Harnesses to be tied with frapping lash.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Igniters, FSNs. Fuel System Loose connections, poor wirelocking on FSNs, Loose Boroscope ports, damaged tubings, bolts, nuts & clamps.

Location: System: Possible Defects:

Bleed Valve and surroundings Bleed System Damaged, worn or torn seal. Loose connections, chaffing of tubes and harnesses. Ensure no missing bolts.

Oil Pressure Transmitter & Filter Oil System Loose & missing connections, damaged tubings & clamps. Loose bolts, nuts, clamps. Damaged brackets.

Hydro Mechanical Unit Fuel System Loose or no wire locking, damaged tubings, loose or missing bolts, nuts & clamps, proper blanking and chaffing of tubes.

On top of Module 41 Mechanical Two tubes are not blanked and one tube chafe another

Module 41 at 4 oclock Mechanical Boroscope port not tightened.

Engine Mounts Non Modular Potential Defects found on Engine Mounts. Dents.
