ACTIVITIES OF THE I . R . A . There have been a c e r t a i n number of c a s e s where t h e I . R . A . have demanded f r e e food and l o d g i n g and more where they have committed minor o u t r a g e s t o c o l l e c t money and stores.
T h e i r main a c t i v i t i e s have been i n t h e d i r e c t i o n of r e o r g a n i z i n g t h e i r v a r i o u s u n i t s and i n t a k i n g such s t e p s as t h e y can t o stimulate recruiting. In some a r e a s t h e y have c o n s c r i p t e d a l l men

A . have n o t a l l o w e d t h e r e p a i r o f roads and b r i d g e s e x c e p t where t h e i r was i n c o n v e n i e n t t o the p u b l i c . There have a l s o beer, a good many c a s e s o f d r i l l i n g and a c e r t a i n number of s e a r c h i n g f o r arms.
