Sub : Issuing of License for Cyber Caf - reg Kindly note I am under signed, the owner of Shop No.3, at A-29, Ground Floor, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 is running Cyber Caf at my this premises. On 07th March 2012 at 7:35 PM Mr. Raj Kumar, SubInspector alongwith one of his colleague of Rajouri Garden Police Station visited my premises and asked me about the license for running Cyber Caf. When I said I dont have the same, he instructed/guided me to get the same as soon as possible. Then I asked him how to get the same. He replied me to go to Defence Colony, Police Station to get the License application form. On 09th March 2012, I went to Defence Colony, Police Station, there the person sitting at reception informed me that he cannot give me the license application form as Cyber Caf is not in their category list. Then I went to licensing authority unit there itself in Defence Colony Police Station and met Inspector Administration there. He informed me that there is no requirement of License to run a Cyber Caf. Now as such kindly let me know where to go and how to get this license, if the same is required and oblige me.
