II. INTRODUCTION
Our founder after spending about more than three decades with Mega Groups, Genrel Maritime Logistics and Sea Hawk Shipping Line decided to establish a new company under the name of Costa Logistics in 2010. The company has been established to deliver value to our esteemed customers by focusing on their business needs. & to satisfying our clients by providing services like Freight Forwarding Air & Sea, Custom Clearance Import & Export and transportation. We provide our full support from purchase order to final delivery. Our companys core business is clearing and forwarding goods. Since our objective is to offer quality service in the most convenient and fastest way, we also handle the goods with great care as it is very important for our customers and their buyers as well. Cargo is managed by team of professionals led by Mr. Zeeshan Ali, the Chief Executive Officer, who has a vast experience in this field. In summary, it is a service company, providing its clientele a highly trained & oriented team offering a wide range of products that are tailored to meet specific client needs. The company sees itself working in partnership with the client and ensuring that mutually agreed service standards are met with.

We offer a wide range of freight forwarding and logistics services that includes a) Freight Forwarding by Air, Sea, Rail & Road
With a comprehensive range of air freight services, we offer consolidations back to back and also chartering of aircraft as and when required. We boast an extensive network of agents that makes us able to provide secure, efficient and timely delivery of freight. From group age (Less than a Container Load) shipments to full container loads, we offer you cost efficient sea freight services. We strive to take utmost care of your containerized goods and project shipments. Our worldwide network of associates and agents makes us lead the industry providing quick and hassle free services.

b) Consolidation & De-consolidation Services Air/Sea

We do accumulate such LCL cargo to fill up containers for our clients whose shipments can not fill up such units, an idea that is quite cost effective. Most clients have always liked the idea as they spend less than they anticipate. Our goal is to get consignments to our clients via the quickest and most economical method. With our direct freight link to the main customs cargo computer, we freight consolidate from multiple cargo suppliers and shippers around the world, subsequently offering our clients a convenient collaboration service which avoids unnecessary freight charges and delays.

c) Custom Clearance Export & Import

Customs clearance and all related paper work associated with the clearance of cargoinbound and outbound (IMPORT/EXPORT) cargo is also provided by us. We handle normal/project /hazardous/door to door moves/relocation services/transfer of residences/car/wagon/aircraft clearances- if you are a budding airline come to us for clearance of your aircrafts. We specialize in clearance of goods across the Indo-Pak border by road/rail and local handling.

d) Inland Transportation by Air, Road and Rail (Also Custom Bonded)

We strive to extend standard services across vast distances and through rough terrain all across Pakistan. Our motivated staff and our expertise in the industry always keep us on schedule by rail and road. We provide relocation and movement of both of bulk and containerized goods. We offer a variety of transport solutions, be it group age or other transport services such as part and full load shipments by road, railways or a combination of two.

e) Door to Door services

We provide door-to-door Pick ups and deliveries in Pakistan and all over the world with full commitment & great care.

f) Custom / Bank documentation Services (Export / Import)

We offer such fast and efficient services for all large and small cargo. Our staff collects all the relevant documents from the shipper on behalf of the client and delivers the relevant documents to the bank on behalf of party. We take the highest degree of safety and protection.

g) Project Handling
We handle all types of inbound and outbound projects related to clearing & forwarding with the help of our efficient and effective staff and networking.

h) Vendor Compliance & Purchase order chasing

The purchase order number is vital to doing business. Shipment in almost all cases is to be made, by us with full dedication. Requirements for delivery are specified on all bids and purchase orders. We successfully meet the specified delivery date and all other requirements. Our main purpose is to ensure that all products shipped in a consistent, timely and cost effective manner.

i) Custom Rebate Claim handling

We provide the facility of claiming rebate from the government on behalf of our client.

j) Foreign Trade management & Consultancy

We also guide the clients about the scope and demand of other countries which makes them able to take the right decision.

k) Insurance Covers
We are responsible for the claim of all goods. Whenever insurance is required on a purchase order, the vendor will be supplied with complete requirements for coverage.

l) Warehouse & Packing and Moving Facility

Our trained staff ensures proper packaging materials are used, where special packing is required; the same is advised during pre-pack survey. Adequate warehousing facilities are available and we do specialize in packing all types of goods. We also store valuable pictures, antiques, objects of art, as well as motor vehicles since we maintain strict security measures.
