DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE FROM THE NEWLY ASSUMED STATUS OF AN IMPERIAL PRESIDENCY WE hold these Truths to be self-evident, that ALL

Men and Women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of HappinessThat to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the CONSENT of the Governed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is the Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government. The History of the recent Presidents of the United States is a History of repeated injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny. These Presidents have refused there Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good, when they have vetoed health care for needy children, created signing statements removing themself from being subject to Laws enacted by Congress and relinquished the Right to Representation for those they deems enemy combatants, a Right inestimable to them, and formidable to Tyrants only. They have refused Legislative Bodies the Depository of the public Records, for the sole Purpose of fatiguing them into Compliance with their budgetary and authoritarian Measures. They have refused repeatedly court and legislative jurisdiction when those bodies oppose with manly Firmness (or not) their Invasion of the Rights of the People. They have refused for a long Time, to cause others receiving the vote of the majority of the People to be elected, while exposing the State to all Dangers of Terrorist Attack from without, and Convulsions within. They have obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing their assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers over enemy combatants held captive in Guantanamo Bay and other Places throughout the Worldsuch Places their whereabouts they refuse to Divulge. They have made judges dependent on their Will alone for their Tenure in Office by requiring for their appointment of them to the bench political opinions that strictly conform to their Tyrannical vision for the World. They have erected a Multitude of new Offices, such as Homeland Security, and sent hither Swarms of TSP Officers, ICE, FBI, NSA and unknown Others to harass our People, and eat out their Substance.

They have kept among us, in Times of Peace, Standing Private Armies, without the free consent or knowledge of our Legislature. They have affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power by outsourcing governmental functions to Blackwater and other contractors made immune to prosecution, or protecting them by a mock Trial from Punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Citizens of the United States and of the Inhabitants of the World. They have combined with others to subject us to a Corporate jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving their Assent to Corporate Acts of pretended Legislation over Guantanamo Bay prisoners, peoples of sovereign countries, and outsourced federal government functions, and for depriving us, in many Cases, of the benefits of Trial by jury, transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended Offences. For abolishing the free System of Laws in a neighboring Country, Cuba, establishing therein an arbitrary Government and enlarging its Boundaries to Iraq and other secret renditions, so as to render it at once an Example and fit Instrument for introducing the same absolute Rule on the World. For taking away and refusing to restore our Habeas Corpus, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: For declaring themselves invested with Power to legislate for us in all Cases whatsoever. They have abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of their Protection and waging Economic War against the vast majority of the American Peoples for the benefit of a tiny minority.

They have plundered the Worlds Seas, ravaged its Coasts, burnt its Towns and destroyed the Lives of its People by refusing to acknowledge the global warming created by Industry and by invading whomever they perceive as possessing vast reserves of oil. They are, at this Time, transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the Works of Death, Desolation, and Tyranny already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and Torture, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous Ages, and totally unworthy of the Head of a civilized Nation. They have constrained and executed our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the battle ground as solely defined by them. They have excited domestic Insurrections amongst us, and have endeavored to bring on the Inhabitants of Republican Congressional Offices, the merciless revolt of the brooks brothers suits, whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction of all Ages, Sexes and Conditions. In every stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most demonstrative of ways; Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury and imprisonment. A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People. Nor have we been wanting in Attentions to our British Brethren. We have warned them from Time to Time of Attempts by their leaders to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over other Countries, as they did in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Uganda. We have reminded them of the Circumstances of our invasion and settlement there. We have appealed to their native justice and Magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the Ties of our common Kindred to disavow these Usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our Connections and Correspondence with the rest of the World. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, of holding them, as we hold our own leaders, Enemies of Mankind and War Criminals. We, therefore, the majority of the people of the World, in general agreement, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good people of the World, solemnly Publish and Declare, that the Worlds people are, and of Right ought to be FREE AND INDEPENDENT of Imperial will, and that all political Connection between them and Imperial Presidents is and ought to be totally dissolved; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to Bush and company, and that as FREE AND INDEPENDENT PEOPLE, they have full Power to bring Bush, Obama and company to trial for war crimes, to conclude the Peace, and enter into mutually acceptable relations with one another to promote a more just world.
