 DESCRIPTION

1. REVO Genuine Revolution Wheels. The original style 4 spoke specification which are
complete with center caps for the 63mm hole and stainless steel sleeved wheel
nuts, except for the 13 wheel, has a different size chrome nuts.
REVO1= 5 x 10 4 spoke, REVO2= 6x10 4 spoke,
REVO3 = 5 x 12 4 spoke, REVO4= 6x12 4 spoke
REVO5= 6 x 13 4 spoke.

2. REVO New 5 spoke RFX range as fitted to Mini Cabriolet and German Special Editions.
The original 4 spoke Revolution fitted a sleeve type nut, but because RFX take
standard type wheel nuts they are not supplied. The 5x12 RFX uses the Mini/
Cooper late type wheel nut NAM9075. The 6x13 RFX takes the large seat radius
type CN5.

REV11= RFX 6 x13, REV12= RFX 5 x12

3. Minilite This is the new designed wheel by the newly formed Minilite Company. Their
wheels have the new distinctive logo center cap, the word Minilite embossed
onthe rim.
D344/A = 5x10, D456/A= 6x10

4. Mamba The old and original Mamba as used since the 1960’s worldwide, is available in
5 x10 and 6 x10, complete with center cap and stainless steel sleeved wheel
nuts.

5. Superlite Austalian 6x13. * spoke type wheel. Includes CN5 chrome wheel nuts.

6. Minilife Mini Spares own minilife 5x12 wheel shown in anthracite with diamond cut edge.
From the same designs as all the minilife range, depicting the sporting character
of the 60’s and 70’s, which have the image favoured for the 90’s coopers. Also
available in silver 41/2x10. Complete with front fitting center cap to fit the 67mm
hole and stainless sleeved wheel nuts have a tapered washer for extra alignment
quantities. These wheels are being subject to testing for T.U.V.(Germany) and
J.W.L.(Japan). Wheels sold individually.

7. Minilife The rest of the Minilife range of wheels. These are the original, silver all over,
Minilite wheels that are faithful reproductions of those used by Special Tuning
Abingdons works and classic cars of the 60’s and 70’s. All supplied with
stainless steel sleeved wheel nuts and center caps.

8. C-21A1967 The original 5 x 12 sprayed in Silver with center cap to fit the 67mm hole and
stainless steel sleeved wheel nuts, with a tapered washer for better centralization.

9. C-21A1968 The original thick front rimmed 4 1/2 x10 wheel fits within the bodyline without
requiring wheel arches, as per Special Tuning Abingdon specification in LM25
alloy.

3. Miniator 5x10” Miniator 8 spoke wheel very similar to GB alloy with a center cap size of

4. Miniator 5x13” Miniator 8 spoke alloy wheel is available in silver or antracite with diamond
cut edge wityh center cap for 59mm hole. Uses standard nuts as fitted to steel
wheels 1984 on with 60 degree taper or chrome CN2 as an alternative. Supplied

Flares DESCRIPTION

1. MS131 EURO ARCH IN FIBERGLASS - This arch sticks out approximately 2.750" and enables bodyline
(wheel arch & moulding lip) to be cut or modified to allow fitment of large wheels, ie:13" and is
attached by screws from back of wing, (hence no visible screws). Fiberglass arch extends
beyond bumper seam line at rear.

2. MS128 GROUP 5 ARCH IN FIBERGLASS - This arch kit sticks out 3" and is used when body line is
cut away or retained. Originally as a group 5 arch it was made for cars with no modifications
but has become a cheap “jack of all trades”especially when large odd size wheels are used. Rear
arches stop at bumper seam line. Widest part at front approximately 5".

3. MS132 MINI SPECIAL ARCH 1" WIDER IN FIBERGLASS - This arch kit sticks out 2.750" when
bodylines (wheel arch & moulding lip) are as original. The arch is similar to the plastic type fitted
by Rover but is 1” wider. Fiberglass arch extends beyond bumper seam line. (not illustrated)

4. C-AJJ3316 GROUP 2 IN FIBERGLASS - This arch kit sticks out 1.75", including lip, when bodylines (wheel
arch and moulding lip) are kept original. Screws are visible and the chrome wheel arch
moulding can be retained. These are copies of original ST Abingdon works arches. Rear arches
stop at bumper seam line.

5. C206 ALLOY ARCHES - This arch kit sticks out 1.75", including lip, when body lines (wheel arch
& moulding lip) are kept original. Screws are visible as per securing lip and plastic wheel arch
moulding can be retained. Rear arch slope at bumper seam line. Often used by Vintage/Historic
racers overseas or foundation to blend and build on fiberglass arches.

6. C-STN71 WORKS GROUP 5 ARCH IN FIBERGLASS - This arch kit sticks out 2.5", including lip, when
bodylines (wheel arch & moulding lip) are kept original. Screws are visible and plastic wheel
arch moulding can be retained. Rear arch stops at bumper seam line. These are original ST
works car copies.

7. MS133 WP ARCH IN FIBERGLASS - This arch kit sticks out 2.25" maximum when bodyline(wheel arch
& moulding lip) are kept original. Screws are not visible. Front arches taper away at front
exposing tire tread. Rear arches stop at bumper seam line. Has correct body to arch rubber seal
included.

8. GAW117 PLASTIC ARCH known as MINI SPECIAL ARCHES - (includes moulding between arches) This
arch kit sticks out 1.750" when bodyline (wheel arch & moulding seam) are kept original.
Originally fitted to Innocenti Minis become standard equipment on all Minis from 1984. Arches

9. MS128W GROUP 5 EXTRA WIDE - This arch kit sticks out a nominal 3.5" and more when positioned at
the angle most racers use as shown. 5.5" wide at very front. Definitely only for cars with bodyline
modifications and fairly inexpensive to replace. Rear arches stop at bumper seam line. (not
shown)

10. SK200 Black ABS plastic styling kit includes front, rear spoilers and wheel arch extensions with still
trims built in. Has full fitting instructions and parts required. Can be painted using two pack
acrylic paint. Has a cut out in the rear valance for a fog lamp which was fitted from 1982.

Fiberglass DESCRIPTION

1. MS101 Two piece fiberglass front end with detachable bonnet. Often used for race or road cars. Brace bars

PETROL CAPS
A rang of 1960’s look petrol caps. These are available in chrome or alloy and as a locking cap in alloy. The brass ring that fits

TOOLS DESCRIPTION

1. EEZIBLEED Eezibleed, one person brake or clutch bleed kit. Includes container to hold
new fluid, interchangeable caps and pipe which connects to a tire for
pressure. With fitting instructions. This kit fits many cars. Ideal for
changing fluid throughout the system, it makes life really easy.

2. MSA1001 Clik-adjust is a tool made to simplify the job of adjusting valve clearance. By
using the correct size socket on the tool, clearances can be set by turning
the clik-adjust the amount of turns that correspond to the instructions for
the clearance needed.

3. GUNNSONO2 Colortune is a glass topped spark plug which allows you to see the color of
the combustion in the chamber. Colortune takes the guess work out of the
mixture adjustment because different fuel/air mixtures burn with different
colors. Kit includes everything you need with instructions and wall chart.

4. MSA1003 Carbalancer allows both air intakes on twin and twin choke carburettors to be
balanced so they flow exactly the same amount of air. This in turn will give
you better performance with a smoother engine and better economy.

5. 660510 Brake adjusting spanner with longer handle for improved leverage has 5/
16AF and 1/4AF hexagon closed ends. This will adjust the rear brake shoes
on all Minis.

6. BLM810 Brake adjusting spanner with longer handle for improved leverage has a 5/
16AF open end for adjusting front brake shoes where the closed end for
the common sized rear bleed screw.

7. 18G468MS This tool is required for fitting the chrome or black insert in the windscreen
rubber or backlight rubber.

8. MSA1004 The valve grinding stick is necessary for lapping in the valves when
rebuilding cylinder heads.

9. UNI-SYN The Uni-syn tool is used to accurately balance twin carbs.

10. 00-3683 The SU tool kit includes instructions and all the special tools to adjust or
maintain the HS2/4.

11. 660220 Valve Spring Compressor for all small cylinder heads.

12. CA40 Box spanner for removing float needle valve.

13. 111-6083 Spanner for adjusting mixture of the HS2/4

1. 07-035 A universal scissor type ball joint splitter for swivel pins, upper and lower arm
ball joints plus track rod ends. The professionals tool.

2. 660330 Suspension rubber cone compressor with two threaded pins, an AF threaded
pin for suspension cones made before 1974 and a metric threaded pin for
suspension cones after 1976. Take care on early models, where the
suspension cone might already have been changed to metric, as it is easy to
cross-thread the tool. Only the later metric type cone is available from Rover
as a spare part.

3. TOOL07 1.5", 1/2" drive deep socket is specially made for changing swivel pin joints in
the Mini and will also fit the flywheel bolt.

4. TOOL04 1.5/16", 1/2" drive AF socket for use on the crankshaft bolt and camshaft nut
when changing timing cover oilseal or timing gears, steering wheel and disc
brake hub nuts.

5. CE12 Two - part primary gear oil seal tool, (known as clutch seal tool). It includes
the sleeve that slides over the primary gear to protect the seal membrane on
the gear splines, plus the outer body that pushes the seal home square. This
is achieved by using the flywheel bolt in the end and tightening.

6. 07.001 Fly wheel puller that includes bolts for either early AF or metric type late
flywheels.

7. 18G1240 Inboard CV (pot joint) splitting tool for removing the constant velocity joint
from the gearbox by way of driving it between them as a wedge. Does not
remove joint from driveshaft.

8. 660490 General purpose wedge type splitter for ball joints.

9. BLM024 1.5" AF flat spanner tool for the flywheel bolt to change the clutch.

10. 660260 Rear hub puller for extracting rear hub neatly when changing studs, wheel
bearings or oil seal.
