But I know some people enjoy a detailed display. They have taste for depth and analytical approach. In this work, I have done that thing. I have not spared even any little detail of the original points of Actual Freedom web site (www.actualfreedom.com.au). This is almost, but not, an exact condensation of the original work. I dont vouchsafe for any accuracy, in this work, with that of the original work of the progenitors of AF. And I have freely used the statements as found in the original work. Though I follow a crisp language style - the message is elaborate indeed. Thanks for the interest shown by the esteemed readers. Reality obscures the actuality. Illusory I must end. Delusionary divinity must end. I vanishing, reality vanishes. Being free of thinker, Being free of feeler, There is immense clarity, purity. Many dont want, the Purity of this moment. It is bold step, Giving up lofty thoughts. Spiritual now, mystics now, Is created by you, By mantra, prayer, meditation, Or whatever it is. Time has no duration When I am not. To the unaware, it Appears to be timeless. It is only eternal Time, and infinite space. No beginning or end To infinitude of Universe.

So no middle, centre. I am this flesh And blood body only. Other things are imaginations. Here each moment, magically Unfolds, again and again. One has only to Take away the controls. When I goes, there are No feelings, no emotions. My wife was emotional. She cherished love emotion. I had been a wanderer. The I unnecessarily complicates. Identity induces the stress. I identity is misery. Ego I can never Be in actual world. Ego I expands and Creates spiritual soul I. Any identity is delusion. Altruism removes ego soul. It took five years, To taper-off my identity.

For eleven years, I was Love mad with my daughters. When divine self ended, I had 20-months head-pressure. Its not giving up Special skills and expertise. I is not required. I is just redundant. Music evokes sadness, anger. Nice day is sensorial. It is not affective. TV picture activates adrenaline. Roller coaster is nauseating. No diabetes by vasopressin. Without the adrenaline rush, The body operates better. Empty stomach tells brain, To fetch its food. Psychological entity will not Need any physical food. My neuronal agitation was 50,000 years human stuff. Actually, insanity is not Disease than so-called sanity.

Though I am non-affective, I can be sometimes, Baffled, or surprised, or Seen temporarily get agitated. No emotions in actual. I enjoy the physical, Direct, each one moment, Just moment by moment. This is not love For all, or oneness. This is sensate, and Not affective bliss state. No I in head. No me in heart. Here thought is free, Without torture of feelings.
