Massage/Spa Best spa I have tried in Cebu city is Meddah Spa, not too far from the Ayala

center. It is located at the crossroads centre, Banilad, cebu city. It is a little pricier than the ones you find in the malls and elsewhere but well worth the extra for the ambiance, facilities & quality massage with properly trained professionals. The average costs start from around 500 pesos for a 1hr massage - 750 pesos 1.5hrs and they also have packages from around 1500-2500 pesos. They are open until 12 midnight. Royal Day Spa has a few locations in Cebu and this is my favorite place to go. While not as good as other more expensive places, you can always get right in, they are open late, and they a pretty inexpensive. Last time I was there they had an hour long foot massage for only 250 pesos. It is not by the sea, but I liked the lighthouse resturant (next to mango park hotel). I liked the food and ate there many times but what was special was that they have a live band of 4 blind guys. I recomend a visit, and tipping them if you like their music. At my visits I never saw anyone else tipping them but me, but I thought they were good.

There are 2 Waterfront hotels, Waterfront Cebu City is fantastic, if you can fit it in your budget, although not on the waterfront. I haven't been to the one on Mactan There is plenty of nightlife in cebu city. You may want to stay at Crown Regency Hotel & Towers Cebu Fuente which is well located and has many facilities including 2 pools. It seems that you are a little late for the summer beach parties. Also you must consider the day you are coming over. Weekends offer more excitement. You may wanna try going to: 1. Costabella Resort. (costabellaresort.com/index.php/aboutresort/3) 2. Cebu White Sands (http://www.whitesands.com.ph/about.php) But I would suggest you stay in the city if you want to party.

1. You could choose your hotel from this website: (http://www.ilink.ph/cebu-cheap-hotels) choose your hotel neat Fuente Osmea/ Midtown Cebu 2. Choosing a Club / Bar depends on your mood - Mango Avenue (all-walks-of-life) - YO.U Bar (chill) - Vudu in Banilad Town Center "BTS" (high-end compared to other clubs: Dress Code: NO shorts, NO "sando", smart casual, street casual, etc...) and - Formo (Dress Code: People who usually go there wear decent/formal attires (especially those businessmen), but for party animals aging 20-30's, they usually wear something trendy..) - or Sunflower City near Waterfront Hotel (many expats visit that place)

EAT #10 Zubuchon Best Lechon in Cebu I shall jump straight to the best thing that I had in Cebu Zubuchon lechon (whole roasted pig). All you need to know is Zubuchon has the best lechon. You MUST TRY it if you are in Cebu. Filipinos love pork, Brad loves pork Brad loves Philippines! Besides the famous lechon (P240 half kilo or SGD$7/P450 for 1kg or SGD$13.2), we also had the equally good Lechon Sisig (P190). Zubuchon has other dishes like Lechon Crispy Pata (P450 or SGD$13), Roasted Pork Belly (P380 or SGD$11) and Slow-Cooked Pork Belly (P220 or SGD$6.5) on the menu. Note: Zubuchon is no longer at Banilad Town Center. Zubuchon Lechon One Mango Mall General Maxilom Ave, Cebu City +63 32 2395697 #9 Brownie Cup from La Marea Go to La Marea and eat all the desserts there, my friend Trixie told me.

La Marea is a dessert place in Cebu that has a range of cakes and pastries at affordable prices. We went there twice during our stay in Cebu and tried quite a few desserts. Of course, there were hits and misses. Just make sure you try the warm Brownie Cup (P100 or SGD$3) which comes in flavours like chocolate, apple crumble, blueberry, and white chocolate. The Walk, I.T. Park Lahug, Cebu City Banilad Cross Road Cebu City +63 32 4162919 #6 Eat Chicken Inasal before leaving Philippines It is a must to eat chicken inasal when you are in Philippines. With 408 branches all over the country, Mang Inasal Philippines fastest growing barbecue fast food chain is probably the most accessible option for chicken inasal. Ground floor SM Cebu City #5 Cebu street food: Larsian BBQ Cebu Larsian BBQ is the answer most people reply when you ask them what to eat in Cebu. Larsian is like our hawker centre with rows of stalls that serve BBQ meat and seafood. I dont have the exact address, just tell the taxi Larsian near Near Chong Hua Hospital. #2 Maya Mexican Restaurant A restaurant that has consistently been voted as one of the best restaurants in Cebu, Maya Mexican restaurant (also under the Abaca group) is the place to go for good Mexican food. Crossroads, banilad Cebu city, philippines Tel: +63 32 2389552 #1 The most awesome brownies from Goldilocks No one leaves Philippines without getting brownies from Goldilocks. http://www.ladyironchef.com/2011/10/10-things-to-eat-cebuphilippines/ http://www.cnngo.com/explorations/eat/40-delicious-filipino-dishes157035 Zubuchon Well, we started at lunchtime and I always consider this place a treat to your palate for everyone visiting Cebu (unless you dont eat pork). This is the place where Anthony Bourdain of No Reservations dubbed their lechon (roasted pork) as best pig or something like that. Almost everything on their menu has lechon incorporated on it. Must try: Pusit stuffed with lechon. Yummy, yummy.
