* Thus, the research problem is centered on the following main query: What is the effectiveness of the content presentation

tools that are based upon the applications of electronic communication in sustaining the skills of some technological innovations for the students of education technologies and their trends towards them? From this main query, the following queries emerge: 1- What are the technological innovations which skills must be sustained for the students of education technology in order to employ them within the educational process? 2- What are the skills of employing the technological innovations that should be sustained for the students of education technology? 3- What is the effectiveness of electronic content presentation tools that are based upon the applications of electronic communication in sustaining the cognitive outcome that is related to the skills of employing some technological innovations for the students of education technology? 4- What is the effectiveness of electronic content presentation tools that are based upon the applications of electronic communication in sustaining the skillful performance that is related to the skills of employing some technological innovations for the students of education technology? 4- What is the effectiveness of electronic content presentation tools that are based upon the applications of electronic communication in sustaining the education technology students trend towards using the applications of electronic communication in education? * Throughout answering these queries, the current research targets to: 1- Preparing a list of the technological innovations that employing skills must be sustained for the students of education technology. 2- Determining the skills of employing the technological innovations that should be sustained for the students of education technology.

3- Designing and enhancing the applications of the electronic communication in order to sustain the skills of employing the technological innovations. 4- Identifying the effectiveness of the content presentation tools that are based upon the applications of electronic communication in sustaining the cognitive outcome that is related to the skills of employing some of the technological innovations for the students of education technology. 5- Identifying the effectiveness of the content presentation tools that are based upon the applications of electronic communication in sustaining the performance side for the skills of employing some of the technological innovations for the students of education technology. 6- Identifying the effectiveness of the content presentation tools that are based upon the applications of electronic communication in sustaining the trend towards using the applications of electronic communication for the students of education technology. * In order to achieve these goals, the current research assumes the forthcoming hypotheses:

1- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the averages of the scores of the first, second and third experimental group students and the averages of the scores of the control group students in the post application of examining the cognitive outcome that is related to the skills of employing some of the technological innovations in favor of the experimental groups. 2- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the averages of the scores of the first, second and third experimental group students and the averages of the scores of the control group students in the post application of the card of monitoring the skillful performance of the skills of employing some of the technological innovations in favor of the experimental groups. 3- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the averages of the scores of the first, second and third experimental group students and the averages of the scores of the control group students in the post application

of the criterion trend towards using the applications of the electronic communication in education in favor of the experimental groups.

The current research uses two approaches; the analytical descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach, and the following procedures are followed in order to answer the researchs hypothesis and assuring the credibility of its hypotheses: 1- Identifying the former and previous researches and literature that are related to the variables of the current research in order to prepare the theoretical framework of the research and forming its hypotheses. 2- Extracting a list of the technological innovations which skills should be sustained for the students of education technology, presenting it to experts and arbitrators in the field of education technology and framing it in its final form. 3- Extracting the general skills of employing the technological innovations that should be sustained for the students of education technology, presenting them to experts and arbitrators in the field of education technology and framing them in their final form. 4- Forming the educational goals, analyzing and sorting them. 5- Preparing the spoken-reference criterion tools, which are represented in a cognitive achievement test, card of monitoring the skillful performance in addition to a criterion of a trend towards the applications of electronic communication in its primary form, presenting it to the arbitrators in the field of education technology and then, framing it in its final form. 6- Forming the content and the strategies of its learning. 7- Forming scenarios for the strategies of educational interaction for the tools of presenting the content that are based upon the applications of electronic communication that are related to the current research.

8- Producing the applications of electronic communication, presenting them to the experts in the fields of education technology, performing the demanded modifications, and authorizing the applications to be applied. 9- Applying the materials of the experimental processing to a small random sample from the students as an exploratory experience in order to modify its hardships and achieve the stage of authorizing them to be applied. 10- Selecting the main research sample and presenting its selections approach. 11- Performing the main research experiment though: * Division of the research group members into four groups. * Applying the achievement test, monitoring card, and trends criterion to the research groups. *Using the applications of electronic communication in accordance with the experimental design. * Applying the achievement test, monitoring card, and trends criterion in a later. 12- The statistical processing of the results that are achieved through using the appropriate statistics methods. 13- Analyzing the research results and discussing them. * The research concludes to some results elaborated as follows: 1- The effectiveness of the content presentation tools that are based upon the applications of the electronic communication in sustaining the cognitive outcome and the skillful performance of the skills of employing some of the technological innovations, and also in sustaining the trends towards using the applications of electronic communication in education. 2- There is a correlation between the trend towards the applications of electronic communication and both the cognitive outcome and the skillful performance of the skills of employing the technological innovations.
