Case Study: A Nationwide Financial Institution
This large financial institution chose Network Dynamics to stage, test and install their
Cisco routers and USR modems at more that 1,800 automatic teller machine locations. The
deployment of all of the equipment was based on an extremely aggressive implementation
plan, as the circuit testing and installations had to occur within a very short time frame.
Circuit testing had to be performed on the routers, modems, frame circuits and analog lines.
Comprehensive installation services had to ensure network connectivity to the router and
the modem. Network Dynamics also managed the return of all decommissioned equipment
to the customer. All activities were executed without any delays, and with minimal
downtime to the bank’s customers.

Case Study: An International Software Manufacturer

An international software solutions manufacturer needed assistance with their
worldwide, multivendor network implementation of a new Wide Area Network
Architecture. Network Dynamics assisted with this project by providing staging,
international project management, installation, configuration and onsite engineering
services at 60+ critical customer sites worldwide. The project included implementation
of Cisco LAN switches and routers, VPN access devices, console servers and network
probes. The customer was extremely pleased with NDI’s implementation of their new
network infrastructure.

Case Study: A Major Equipment Retailer

This major retailer chose Network Dynamics as their service provider to perform an
extensive multivendor technology refresh implementation for all of their North
American operations. This “tech refresh” encompassed over 1,800 networked sites. The
project schedule covered a period of seven months to perform configuration, testing,
staging, inventory management, site surveys, wiring, cabling, installation, reporting,
asset tagging and project management of all components of the initiative. Network
Dynamics completed all phases of the project on schedule and executed the deliverables
to the customer’s complete satisfaction.

Case Study: A National Residential Home Builder

A national leader in the residential home building industry engaged Network Dynamics
to assist with the staging, installation and implementation of their new Cisco routers
throughout their nationwide network. NDI’s technical resources performed the
installation, connection, configuration and physical layer connectivity testing of the
networking hardware at each site - during and outside of normal business hours - with
minimal downtime to the customer’s end users. The company’s Information Technology
management was thrilled with the trouble-free, seamless implementation support they
