Follow the instructions on screen. -To check which version of QuickTime is installed on your system, follow these s teps: WINDOWS USERS: Open the QuickTime control panel. This is found in your Start M enu, in the Settings: Control Panel folder. With the QuickTime control panel op en, the window will be called "QuickTime Settings." Choose "About QuickTime" f rom the menu at the top of the window. Your version number will be displayed. If you do not see this option, you may have an older version installed. Check t he version number displayed in the window. Note: For maximum compatibility, it is common for Windows systems to have multi ple versions of QuickTime installed. Carefully search through your control pane ls for other QuickTime control panels. MACINTOSH USERS: Select the QuickTime extensions with a single click. This is found in the Extensions folder in your System folder. With the extension select ed, select "Get Info" from the File menu. This will tell you the version of you r QuickTime. How to Run the CD-ROM

WINDOWS USERS: Insert the CD-ROM. Double-click on "My Computer." Double-click on the CD-ROM drive icon. Double-click on the Side by Side icon. MACINTOSH USERS: Insert the CD-ROM. Double-click on the Side by Side icon. Record Feature Settings: Macintosh Users need an external microphone plugged in and need to set the Sound Monitoring Source in order to use the record feature. Go to: -Apple Menu -Control Panels -Sound -Under "Choose a device for sound input" select "Built-in." -Under "Settings for selected device/input source" select "External Mic."
