EMPLOYEE DIRECTORY OBJECTIVE: The main objective of the proposed system is to decrease the paper work, website overload

and easier record maintenance by having a Mobile application which consists of full employee details and his project manager. New employee details can be entered into the database. Search the employee from the list of employees. EXISTING SYSTEM: In the current system, software is maintained in a standalone system which is not portable. This cannot be viewed by all the employees. It is maintained by only admin. It takes more time if we want insert new records because we need to work on the system PROPOSED SYSTEM: The proposed system automates the existing system. It decreases the paper work, software effort in standalone system and easier record maintenance by having a Database in mobile application. The database maintains the information about all the employees their project manager with contact number and mail address. By using this contact number we can call and we can send SMS to any employee. E-Details is one of the advanced app which provides the information all the employees in a particular organization. we can also check the project manager of the particular employee.

Alphabetic scroll bar-Instead of searching the just by clicking on the alphabets we can get the names corresponding to that alphabet Search bar-By typing the name of a particular employee the search will be performed By clicking on a particular employee you will be directed to the next page where you can view Employee name Address Office Phone number Cellphone number Direct reports Sms

When you click on the any of the telephone numbers a call will be made from the app to the employer. If you want to send the sms you can send the sms to the employee The direct reports can be viewed by clicking on the Direct reports 2) Employee full details

In this you can search the employee from the organization .With the help of the Auto complete text view by just typing a letter in the textbox you can view all the employees starting with that letter 3) Add Employee New employees can be added in this module. We need to enter all his details and we need to click the add button to add the details to the Database If the details are wrong then we can clear them using the reset button. 4) Menus There are four menus items in the menu bar EmpReports EmpSearch AddEmp Help
