NEW 7 WONDERS OF THE WORLD Petra is an archaeological site in Jordan, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and chosen

as one of the new 7 wonders of the world. They are the remains of the historic capital of the Nabataean kingdom, founded about 300 BC. C. His remains are the most famous buildings in the same carved stone walls of the narrow rocky Arava Valley.
