CHNG 1: TNG QUAN TH TRNG BIA VIT NAM


Vi 1,6 t lt bia tiu th trong nm 2009, tng 56% so vi nm 2004, Vit Nam hin ng th hai ng Nam (sau Campuchia) v tiu th loi nc gii kht ny. Tc tng trng ca thc ung c cn ti Vit Nam nm 2006 l 9% v khi lng v 12% v gi tr, trong bia vn l nhm thc ung ch o v chim t l p o v c khi lng (97%) v gi tr (88%). K t nm 2001 n 2006, tc tng trng ca khi lng bia c tiu th hng nm trung bnh (CARG) l 8%, trong , bia hi v bia thng (mainstream) vn l hai dng sn phm ch o vi CARG ln lt l 13% v 6%. Tuy nhin, dng sn phm bia cao cp vi cc nhn hiu nh Tiger, Heineken, Carlsbergmc d ch chim t trng 12% nhng li c mc gi tr ng gp l 20%. Theo nh gi ca Cng ty nghin cu th trng Euromonitor International, th trng bia Vit Nam s tip tc tng trng vi tc cao, khong 5,6% trong nhng nm ti, ch sau Lo v Campuchia. Hn 50% th phn sn xut bia ti Vit Nam chu s chi phi ca cng ty lin doanh Bia Vit Nam (Vietnam Brewery Ltd) (20,1%) v Sabeco (31,4%). Cc nhn hiu bia ph bin hin ny l Heineken (10%), Tiger (9,7%), Saigon(Sabeco) (16,8%) v Bia H Ni (Habeco) (9,5%). V hin nay, sau khi hp tc vi SAB Miller, cng ty sa Vinamilk u t 300 t ng sn xut bia Zorok. Vi c cu dn s t 25-64 tui chim 68%, Vit Nam l th trng mu m cho cc cng ty bia trong v ngoi nc phi quan tm.

2.1. QU TRNH HNH THNH V PHT TRIN: 2.1.1. Trn th gii: Lch s bia Heineken bt u vo ngy 16/12/1863 khi Gerard Adrian Heineken mua li nh my bia De Hooiberg Amsterdam - H Lan.
