With respect to the above subject and as per the guidelines related to closure of Infrastructure Scheme by Hon.Executive Director (Projects), vide above reference,You are requested to submit the following information: 1) Brief scope of the work under the contract as per tender and subsequently altered as per approved revised scope(freezing) in the format attached. 2) Price variation Proposal as per section 8,Volume III of tender documents. 3) Quantity variation Proposal as per tender clause 14.1.4 section 6 of volume II 4) Details of financial linkages to the tender and 70%/20%/15%/10% bills claimed by you. 5) No dues certificate in case if facilities are availed by you as per clause 4.19,sec 6 of volume II. 6) Taking Over Certificates as per clause 10 and clause 11.5 of section 6 of Volume-II. 7) List of Salvaged materials removed and delivery thereof as per clause 28 of section 6 of Volume-II. 8) Details of retention amount as per clause 13.9 of section 6 of Volume-II 9) ISO accreditation as per clause 26 of secton 6 of Volume-II if applicable to the contract. 10) List of equipment failure under guarantee period and replacement thereof as per tender clause 12.11 under section 6 of volume II.
