MAIN BASIN: Benue (Cretaceous) SIZE OF LAND AND PROSPECTIVITY: 60,000 sq.km.,estimated hydrocarbon volume: 500 million barrels MAIN RESERVOIR/HYDROCARBON HABITAT: Asu river group STATUS: Relatively unexplored Over 3000km of 2D seismic.Shells well Kolmani-I spuded mid March 1999.
