Project Description The System Provides an web based solutions for day to day operations of the firm. The company forms an agreement with the farmers accordingly they provides seeds to the farmers free of cost, appoints assistants to moniter the process, provides fertilizers and other required materials, finally they take the product and based on the revenues received, gives back 60% of the net profit to the farmers. The entire System is segregated into five modules: admin, Assistant, Incharge, Manager, and Accountant. Administrator module: The admin module is responsible to create various employees, views reports generated by different employees. Field Assistant module: The whole process of the system is monitored by field assistant. This module creates farmers and maintains farmer details, moniters farming process, tracks cost involved at each process and periodically sends reports to the incharge. He distributes the profit received from incharge back to the farmers based on the amount of seeds produced. Incharge module: The incharge modules receives reports from assistants, computes total cost and send cost reports to managers, they distributes profit received from manager back to assistants. Manager module: The manager receives reports from Incharge, computes total cost and sends

cultivation cost details to accountant. He receives profit from Accountant and sends it back to Incharge. Accountant module: This module calculates total investment and based on the revenues received computes net profit and sends 60% of the net profit amount to the managers based on the amount of seed received.
